Plays both with 3 HL being bent to 14.5-15 actual loft I believe.

That's interesting. If that's the case, I wonder what it is he likes more about the 3HL head than the regular 3w.

He probably prefers the face angle being more open. He played the Rogue ST TD T 3HL 16* @ 15.2*

I think I agree with you, looks a little too dull/matte for my eyes against the shiny carbon.

 

The soles look really nice though.

Totally agree. 
 

I mean Ping joined the split crown look this year but they gave it a seamless look. Hell even PXG basically robbed the exact same design as the SIM but made it their own

Xander and Rahm in a 10.5 head instead of 9 degree heads this year - this TD model must be the TD LS model aka 'Sub Zero 3.0' and be super low spin. I wouldnt be surprised when reviews come out of the retail versions that the reviewers are seeing that as well.

I just like them.   They look great to me.   Curious about the "2" on the driver though.   2nd one he's trying?   back up #2 driver?   If so, where's #1?

I'll wait to reserve judgement until I see them in person but the fairways look very SLDR like to me.  I thought the 3HL *** he was using in the Rogue ST *** was way better looking without the half carbon fiber crown.
