When is golf gonna move on from Tiger?

 

Dude plays 4 times a year and misses the cut all the time.

 I've played it as well.  Good shots don't necessarily get rewarded, average shots get punished.  The first several holes are all similar and run together.   Postage Stamp is famous, but a bit of joke of a golf hole.  Played it with two scratch golfers and one got a bad kick into the right bunker and couldn't get it out.  Railway hole is silly - especially with any wind.  Several holes with blind shots and fescue/rough right off the green.  Played Turnberry on the same trip and there's no comparison - Turnberry is a far superior course.  It's hard but fair.

He's actually the right kind of chill but into it in his videos as well. Really wish he'd gone a different way so I wouldn't have to dislike him on principal.

I truly CANNOT fault any of them for taking the cash ..... I don't like the system,  won't hate the Playa however

he's one of the few people that have something entertaining to say, good or bad. People outside the sport can probably name a handful of players besides Tiger and he is likely to be one of them.

 

I'm kind of on the fence with him. Find him slightly more interesting than annoying.

 I understand. I would have taken the money too. But I still don’t like LIV because of what it caused. So in turn I’m against the players that play there. Even though I would have taken the money myself.  Ha

that last one looked like it was just a yard or two left of the flag and good distance… and it goes off the green. I’m not sure a course shouldn’t reward a good shot.

I've played Royal Troon and don't remember it being tricked up like Pinehurst.  Maybe because the stimp was more like 8 or 9 instead of 13+.
