What putter did you just buy ?

Man, a lot of these are just pure beauties.  Would love to start a putter collection. That said, I don’t think I’ll ever move on from my PiNg vault 2.0 Ketsch. Maybe it will choose to disagree with me but every time I think it’s time to move on, it reminds me why it’s a poor decision.

Just picked up a Scotty Cameron Phantom X 12.5 and a TM FCG. Big fan of mallet/high MOI putters so I'm interested to try out two mallet putters but with different weight distributions to see what happens.

I could be wrong but I think these 2 models are the same size (from heel to toe).  Think they got a little smaller on the 2017 futura line.  Whether I'm right or wrong, enjoy your new flat stick!

Seemore SB20. I’ve always been a huge fan of their rifle scope tech and now they 100% Milled beauties. I’ve had a great end of the season with it and haven’t putted better in years.

The 7m is a little longer heel to toe and the overall footprint is bigger.

How do you like the putter? Is it with the Stroke Lab shaft? What were you putting with before, I love the look of the shape head.

I was using a Tank Cruiser 330M for the past several years. Only one round on it but I like the feel of it and it certainly matches my stroke. I like the OEM pistol grip it came with, and yes, with the Stroke Lab shaft. It's at 35" and I am going to cut it down to 33". Will have to pull the weight plug out and reinstall after trimming though.

I just bought a putter from Kingston, @kingstonputters on Instagram. I have always wanted a putter that was special to me, and something I knew no one else had. I was able to customize the sightline on top of the blade and choose a head style that I have always been comfortable putting with. I would say its very similar to a Ping Anser, and I was able to have the Head made from GSS which I always thought had a good "solid" feel to it. Nothing but compliments to the local shop.

After much internal debate , knowing I hate mallets and their larger grips, my stats on using mallets vs Blades won out.

Converted from playing LH to RH and wanted to try a few putters... ultimately settled on these two, with the Spider X being the #1 pick and the Phantom X 12.5 being the back up.

 

Played the Spider X when I was LH and loved the head weight and changeable weights in the back. Picked up this from a fellow WRX'er and picked up 12g weights from Taylormade to make this solid. Looking to buy SC Phantom weights, too, but everything that's SC costs you a premium 😞

In the last month I have gone though a M Craft II, Spider X Slant, Spider X FB and now this. I found a used one with this grip and liked it so much I wanted a new one. Spider X was good, I just missed the feel. My Betti Inovai 6 I stripped is still waiting in the wings.

With all of these gorgeous putters, I figured I'd shake it up and share a well loved Newport I recently found (I cringe thinking of people who treat their babies like this). I'm a putter hoe and have many in the garage, but rolled this one beautifully the other day. Plan to send it in for a ding-and-dent clean up and add it to the collection.

I just bought a Cleveland Huntington Beach SOFT #1 from a member here, no pics cause I'm at work. I couldn't be happier, except for a few tiny scratches on the sole it is in MINT condition. I seem to be doing well with it so far too.

Took advantage of Callaway Preowned Black Friday deal and grabbed an Odyssey Stroke Lab 10, like new for $170.  Of course after I bought it they included it in their 50% deal and I could have gotten it for $127.  I've had my eyes on one all season but wasn't going to spend $300 new.  I've rolled it in the basement and like how it frames the ball, planning on playing Friday as it is going to be mid 40's and sunny with little wind in Illinois.

Thanks for the heads up but the one that was 50% off was the Ten S (slant neck) and I got the double bend.  Technically not the same putter.

Finally bit the bullet and got a Tiger copy milled.   Going to be a 350g gss tri sole head with matching tiger inspired paint full /milling including the smooth face. I stayed away from anything really personal except the stamping on the bumpers. Cliche I know but I’ve always had the desire to own one.  The legit Scotty reps aren’t attainable from a financial standpoint.   Excited to get it next week.
