I saw the Daly gets a cart topic got moved but I just wanted to comment he should lose his cart privileges for riding with his left foot stuck out of the cart the whole time. Real easy way to break an ankle. So stupid. Take care of yourself, John!

Thanks for the PSA. Very true, but JD has never taken good care of himself which is likely part of the reason he's in the cart.

Was very wet early. Dried noticably by the mid afternoon. BK was just killing it. Made everything.

Tend to agree, his short game and putting were off as well. Hard to keep those two areas sharp with zero tournament reps. Really wish he played at least one event in between

I saw Daly rumbling down 18 cart path in his cart then trudging through the weeds to get to his ball.

That was entertaining.

The greens are easy compared to say Bermuda with some actual slope. These greens have big slopes. But then a bunch of either bowls or flat spots. No grain plus flat equals make putts. People who don’t play Bermuda , ever, will never get how much easier bent, or really good poa is. With a guy who plays Bermuda all the time , when you go to greens like these you have to train yourself to play less break and aim at the hole. They just don’t wander offline.

It's so brutal. Having them right after Augusta probably doesn't help, but it's borderline unwatchable for folks who enjoy efficiency. Even when I've got work to attend to, I'll have the Masters Ap running so when I can look down for a bit, I know I'll see shots. With the PGA ap, it's commercials or can't connect. Bummer.

The ideal course for Rory is one with no greens so he doesn't have to putt. He's not the putter he was. His play from 100yds in is spotty as well. That won't get it done.

You have to either really clever or really dumb to play golf. Rory consistently is the latter.

 

Someone on here said he won’t win another major, and that tiger would win multiple. I laughed at the time, but I wish I’d put money on it.

 

Rory’s problem is between the ears, hits a bad shot it affects him for 9holes. Great players don’t allow that.
