You'll get a lot of answers and it comes down to what look/feel you prefer. I'd go with Callaway Apex cf19 personally. They check all the boxes.

Buy a used 7I on CPO, try it, and return it if it isn't for you for a store credit good for a year.  Keep trying clubs until you find the one you like.

CPO sells return UPS shipping labels for $5.  I returned a club via the nearby CVS and was only out the restocking fee as I had $5 in awards cash.

Calling CPO for a RMA # was quick and hassle free.

Those 825 Pro of yours have a decent MOI, they're already in the i200 class.  And (sorry) higher than the Srixon 5 series.

The JPX921 Forged is another tick up the scale.

Adding a visual aid.  MOI from GolfWorks, converted to gm-cm² (same scale we usually see used for drivers)

Adding i200, since I mentioned them

I can't like this post enough.  I take exception to these manufacturers that stamp "Forged" on an iron where only a part of the clubhead is forged.  If it isn't a one-piece forging, it isn't "forged" as far as I'm concerned.

And once you put goo in there, are you even feeling the steel at that point? I could be wrong, my goo filled clubs aren't here yet.

I'll throw another vote in for PXGs. I can also vouch for the 790s (I've only hit the first gen of those though) and the Apex line (obviously not talking about the blades, but the bigger ones).

PXG is having a ridiculous sale and the 311 XP’s get unbelievably high praises from most. I personally ordered the 311 P’s (Gen 4) for myself, but that was only due to Callaway, Ping, and Mizuno all claiming they need months for supply delays for my shaft selection which was Nippon Modus and then Mitsubishi MMT as my second choice. I’m spending less for PXG (including shaft upgrade) than for Callaway Apex Pros or Ping i59s with steel shaft pricing.

So how did those 311 XPs feel when you demo'd them ?

I could send it to you, but its nothing special, it's only the data already existing in MPF.  The only thing I've actually done is adding a column to calculate the MOI in gm-cm².  Which anybody can also do by multiplying the MOI listed in MPF by 182.9.  <shrug>

Agreed with the above, exactly what I came here to suggest (JPX Forged 921). The JPX 825 Pro is already pretty forgiving so pretty much any other forged GI iron is going to be a lateral move. The Forged 921 is a tick higher MOI as mentioned, but nothing that will rock your world. The ZX5 also as mentioned would be a step down in terms of overall forgiveness.

I get that from a purist perspective, but there are still several tangible benefits to a forged body club that IMO negate the "impure" nature of the forged marketing claim. It will still feel softer than a cast body, and the ease of bending is very nice.

I agree that it's easier to make adjustments to a forged-body club, but I would wager than the overwhelming majority of golfers never have their loft or lie angles checked, let alone adjusted.

I have had 3 clubs bent 1* weak to match my combo set. That's the only time I've ever even had a club checked. 🤣
