Looks like he's trying different iron sets to find something.  I believe he had the new Bridgestone 221 CB's(Black) earlier this year, then it looked like Mizuno 223's at Riviera CC, now the Mkii ZX7's.   At least he still uses the Bridgestone Tour BX.

So he's really just using a Bridgestone ball? Given he's playing their irons and wedges, I'm sure Srixon would like to try and convert him to the Z-Star.

Does Bridgestone currently offer any clubs in the US?  They don’t have any current models listed on the website, they are all archived.  Their 2023 catalog, which was posted on the website a few days ago didn’t include any clubs at all; today the website links to the 2020 catalog.

If I recall the Bridgestone 221CB thread, they permanently stepped away from US for clubs, just balls.

I was not expecting to see Srixon irons when I opened this WITB. I was just here for the Anser hybrid, and I was not disappointed. That wear mark!

You can still get the old graphics version below. But took them like 6 yrs to finally offer at retail, so not hopeful on an update.

Yeah, touring PGA professionals are pretty consistent ball strikers. 😜

Think that Ping Anser 20 hybrid is the only club that doesn't change.  Not sure his stock yardages, but guessing it gets the job done a lot.

Dahmen has one too. He broke one and him/his caddy went on eBay and bought up as many as they could to keep a backstock.

I was hoping. They made great irons, but nothing since the J40 series has caught my eye. I play J40 DPC irons and am constantly on the lookout for another set that is mint-ish as backups. Favorite irons I’ve ever played!

I recently did a True Spec fitting for woods, but as I was talking to my fitter about irons and how much I loved my J40 DPC he immediately pulled out this Srixon head. They are identical face shape, sole and top line width. As soon as he saw mine he said “those are identical to the srixons”. I didn’t believe it until I held them together. So he is still “kind of” playing Bridgestone irons.

pretty awesome bag, interesting to see 3 RTX's, seeing a lot of these on tour lately. Will be interesting if he stays with Srixon over Mizuno, he played well at Riv with the Mizuno

wow that is really interesting and does NOT surprise me since they are all forged in Japan, no?

Look up a retail 3W, it has a line in between the 3 and the 15, the 16.5 head has no line (like the one here in Kuchar's bag).
