Best Golf Ball ever made in your opinion..

My favorite ball ever was the TaylorMade TP Black.  Wish they didn't stop making them.  Long and had great spin loved it!  ProV1 is always class though.

I realized I completely forgot the Pro V1 Left Dot.  That could be the greatest ball ever, if Titleist would just release it again. It's the perfect golf ball for me - spins more than AVX and less than Pro V1, pierces the wind, and feels great off all clubs.

FWIW, the OG Nike Tiger ball was the Precept Tour Premium.  I think that's been mentioned in an interview somewhere.  There was a Tour Premium LS that also existed back then...  

 

They were all different from the UTri Tour (tried all of them)...

MGS' robot had 1.2 difference in ball speed between the two. Maybe you were mishitting the V1.

Yep- and as we both have posted before, the U-Tri Extra Spin was a phenomenal ball.

Actually I just realized I said 2019 but I meant 2021.  For me the 2021 ball just had the right amount of distance and spin.  I feel like the new 2023 ball is just not quite the same

Few balls stand out to me that I just loved to play, Titleist Pro V1, Taylormade TP Black and now TP5 and Callaway HX Blue

I used to love the (wound core - surlyn cover) Titleist 384PTS90. Preferred it over the 384balata (100 compression). But that might in part be due to the cost of the balata (for a teenager at that time) and the limited durability.
