Yep.  He's comfortable with traditional blades and knows what grind and lofts he wants for wedges so it's no surprise.  He's lost speed over the years due to age and injuries so it's a given that he's gone to lighter shafts.

He hasn’t bent a 58 -> 56 since Bob Vokey made his wedges a long time ago. This was back when he desired + gamed very little bounce. 
 

Tiger has since moved to a sand & lob wedge with quite a bit more bounce.

I love the putter, but I am tempted to say it has gone past the point of patina and now just looks abused? For example Spieths looks well used, with patina, Tigers looks like he drags it along the back of his golf cart.... never thought i'd say that but it just looks tatty.

He's an old school feel type player though, not a "how far does each club go with a full swing" type modern player. I'm sure if you called out a yardage he could hit any number of clubs and make the shot.

His putter has character, LOL.  Nothing that a refinish can't fix.  That bad boy is gonna be worth millions some day..........

There are clips of Tiger on the putting green fishing balls out of the cup with that putter. He doesn't put it on a pedestal, no one else should either.
