And is this from the Scotland factory? Waiting for a custom order and got a mail about them being closed for now. That was weeks ago.

They are likely sold out by now if you try to go through any regular channel. Mizuno only made a very limited number of sets (for some reason 2020 is in my head). I know Club Champion was posting they had 50 sets company wide so they might still have one kicking around as these only released a day or two ago.

I recently bought a used set of MP100 the 1996 special edition and glad i did.

You're likely right. My number was one I had in my head but I was doubting it a lot.

Take them out and play, these clubs are made to play, not display. Enjoy them.

Those are art, not tools. Display them proudly! I’d be sick to my stomach if I played them and they got dinged up.

I need to figure out a way to sell something in my business that is half finished for more than the finished goods. How do they do that?

Sports cars are meant to be driven, golf clubs are meant to get dirty.

Post a pick of first flushed approach with contrasting dirt in grooves :)

500 sets world wide from what I was told. Totally sold out

don’t think these will be getting dirty. One of those impulse buys that I am going to stare at until I wonder why I bought them

My vote is to display them, for sure. I remember them saying copper is too soft to play and within 10 rounds would wear away, IIRC.

I think they came out in 2006 and that was also the number they built of that set. Basically the MP-33 rebranded.

they said that is regard to just copper, these have a durable clear coat over them that supposedly protects. Not sure how long that would last though.

An investment? As in you’re anticipating an ROI on these?
