Any love for the Pro Tour fairway on here? Really liking the idea of an anti left 3 wood and like the flatter lie angle of this one. Deciding between 14 and 16.5 though as I'm sure it's a rocket!!!

I was just coming to this thread to see if there was any feedback on the fairway woods as I’m in the market for one and intrigued by these

Has anyone had any experience with the 849d driver yet? Wanting/ needing a new driver but not sure whether to go with the Pro or the D version. Reviews on the Pro are positive but not much out on the D version yet due to its recent release.

I was looking for the same and only had a few responses on FB and MGS. The few reviews I saw on the 849D were good so I pulled the trigger and ordered one. Not sure when I will get to hit it since the weather may not cooperate in Jan or Feb but will let you know if I get a chance

I've had one for about 4 months now and love mine. I have the 14* with an X flex V2 shaft.

It's definitely "anti-left" and a beast off of the tee. However, I'll warn you that if you struggle at all with getting a 3 wood up in the air off the ground then this is not the club for you.

I primarily use mine off the tee, but on those rare occasions when I'm trying to hit it off the fairway into a par 5 for my second shot anything besides a perfect strike is going to struggle to get up into the air.

Well, just pulled the trigger with the Christmas gift card to get a hybrid, 3 wood, and two wedges. That will make the only non Sub70 club in my bag the driver...been playing with an old Titleist 3 Wood so quite excited for this new one.
Jay, if you see an order with those clubs headed out to Ohio, feel free to throw some extra goodies in there if you want, hahaha! Looking forward to getting these out, even if we are in the middle of winter.

My favorite club is the 939X hybrid. I have both a 3H and 4H head. I swap them in and out of my bag depending on the course or if I have my 4 iron in the bag or not. I have a Ventus Blue HB 7S that I swap between the two heads. I play my 4H shaft 0.5" long so it is standard length in the 3H head.

I've also had a set of 699s that I loved, but I sold them on here last year and am kicking myself for doing so. They're a great primary set or a secondary set if you have a preferred set of gamers.

I am hoping they refresh the 699s sometime soon, I can see them and New Level having major competition especially with their new line of irons. I have a set of 639 CBs (raw heads) waiting for me in Sycamore, just waiting on my shafts to arrive.

Jason and his team are the real deal!

Picked up the 2 and 3 pro utility iron and they have quickly become my favorite clubs and replaced my hybrids entirely. I’m finding myself using the 2 instead of driver on many holes, hit it a solid 240-250 and seems to keep me out of trouble more often than not.

I love the 699 Pro set that I got a few weeks ago, but the 699 Pro Utility 4 Iron I picked up used from them is easily my favorite club in the bag now.

I've never gotten along with hybrids and this is easily my favorite Utility iron coming from a few different models.  As soon as this months credit card bill gets cleared tomorrow I'm going to order the 3.  If I didn't like my Mizuno ST 5 wood so much I'd consider going with the 2 iron as well.  It's very forgiving without looking like a hybrid that's trying to slim down into a corset.

We do have 949X fairway woods in LH now and will have the 949X hybrid in LH when it's released (likely March/April).  We'll have a few more LH iron models next Spring as well

I'd be all over leftie 699 pros!! 😁😁

Did you go graphite or steel in your utility? I'm thinking about getting a 2 and a 4!

I like it a lot. It sets up a bit closed, so I have the loft cranked down to open the face up. Basically the same as Ian in the TXG video.

How are the pro utilities off the fairway or light rough in your experience?
