Purple hippo is really dragon is property of my 2 goldens

Another shaft question based on my fitting. Was fit into a Ventus Blue 6s and decided to go with it but Titleist doesn't have it in stock, only the xstiff. If I went to a Raw White as suggested here as an alternative would stepping up to the TX be too much shaft or more similar to Ventus than the Raw Stiff? Thanks!

Get what you were fit for.  Ventus Blue and Tensei Raw White are different profiles.

What's the wait time? I'd go with what the fitting proved or you'll end up chasing until you eventually buy what you need.

If you were fit into a blue profile 6s , yes , most any TX designation would be too stout.

For some reason the Blue 6s isn't even an option to order online. They do have Black is 6s. I guess I'll call customer service and see what the deal is.

Is anyone else having issues getting their orders shipped in a timely manner using DD?  I've used them many times in the past and never had any issues.  I ordered a 10 degree TSI3 Standard Length with X-Flex Tensi White on Nov. 16, which is over 5 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped? Anyone else finding longer than expected 2-3 week ship times?

The tensei white shaft is backordered until January, I was told from Golf USA of Manhattan. I ordered even before you did, and that's what they told me. I ended up switching the shaft the RDX since I have my gamer shaft already anyways

Yes. This is now the norm because of COVID unfortunately, particularly if the shaft / head you ordered have supply issues. I was quoted 3-4 months for Ping shafts, 4-5 weeks for Tsi3 driver(That ended up being 3 weeks), then my Tsi3 fairway was quoted 2-3 weeks and has now been 5 weeks.

Why do you need to follow for this if you were fit? Isn’t this the fitters job?

My driver took 5 weeks. But my fairway is coming tomorrow after ordering I think a week ago. Must not be too many people ordering the tsi2 13.5 degree.

Finally arrived!  I live 500 miles from Carlsbad and it was shipped on Dec 3.  It made it halfway here and then showed up in Ocala Fl somehow.  Slowly made its way back across the country....  

 

9* TSi3 45” Tour AD XC 6X.  I requested D3 and it came in right at it- with the +2 red weight. It’s snowing outside right now. No idea when I’ll get to hit it outdoors.

 

Such a good looking driver. Looks great with the XC, especially the little fade from black to gray at the bottom of the shaft.

 

Some pics. A few compared with my Mavrik Triple Diamond. TD is a little longer front to back and the face appears just a touch deeper.  The TSi3 appears to be a touch longer heel to toe and a bit more pear shaped, IMO...

 I recently got fitted for the ts2 with hazardous smoke rdx black 6.0 which I like , but happened to stop by 

 

a golf store in mid town Manhattan and was checking out the ts3 with the graphite design ad iz 60 gram shaft 

and the ts2 with my shaft in it, both heads where 9' heads my head is a 10' but anyhow I was basically getting the same numbers 

with both drivers my worst drives where 260 and my best where 285 with a swing speed of 105mph but the graphite design is a far smoother 
 

shaft and I was kind of regretting having gotten the hazardous smoke but saying that when I did get fit my fitter did not try me in the graphite design shaft 

so just a word of advise to anyone who does get fit into the hazardous smoke to make sure you try out the graphite design ad iz 

it's a far smoother shaft , I may switch  out my smoke with the graphite design ad zi as I can definitely see myself getting more yardage 
 

with it over the long run , the smoke definitely is a little more of a boarder'y feel to it than the graphite design .
