Great info. Are you seeing that extra distance all the way down in the PW? How are you gapping that to your other wedges?

After a few more rounds and more range time, the distance gains are staying pretty consistent all the way down to the PW. The extra yardage at the bottom end has not really impacted my wedge gapping because it's rare I'll really go after a PW. So even though it's 44 deg and I'm hitting it further than my prior P7MC PW, it hasn't impacted gapping with my next (50 deg) wedge. I can comfortably hit the T100S PW anywhere from 135-120ish which gaps great with my 50 which I like to hit stock full up to just under 120. On an unrelated note, the 44 deg PW might be my new favorite bump and run chipping club, that little bit less loft is perfect for intermediate length chips where I still need to carry it several yards over the collar but want it to run out.

I found the wedge and gap wedge of my OG T200 pretty useful too.  I am looking forward to my new set eventually arriving.  I think properly fit these are great irons as the looks are improved over the set I have.  Went with a different shaft so I am hoping that isnt a mistake, but fitting showed good numbers.

I got my T-200 4 iron utility build with AD DI 105x (bent 1* weak) today and I must say it's an amazing club. Sound is way better than the U500 imo and it has the perfect blend of squat face length, minimal offset, and thin topline for long irons. Complements my 620CB irons very well and provides the forgiveness I need when getting below a 5 iron.

Did you try the U500 with same shaft? I am waiting on T200 3 with AV Raw white 90x, currently have U500 3 iron with Atmos Black TS 9x, love it but can feel a touch harsh on off days, when i'm on its incredible. I think its partly the shaft and the head. Have only heard good things about the T200 utility and love the tensei white profile.

I unfortunately did not, the shaft in my U500 is a Ventus Blue HB. I think you'll feel a difference when you're T200 3 iron comes in 🙂

Yes, can work the ball, but still give some help.  I am a low ball hitter, these have given me a little extra height which is awesome. Yes, you know where you missed.  This iron set is exactly what I have been looking for, been in the Mavrik Pro, these look and feel better, forgiveness is minimal between the 2, same lofts and higher launch with T200

What shaft do you have in those T200?

Just pulled the trigger on the T 200, sight unseen, 4 - P, steel fiber i110 shafts (up charge).  First time playing graphite shaft, but hoping this is one my last sets………..58 yo, playing to about an 9 handicap……loving recent Titleist products, drivers and hybrids.  Not concerned about all the talk bout the back of the iron, could care less if it performs.   The TSi3 Driver is much more muted than the TSi2, but I still play both drivers because I like the performance.

That’s a bit morbid, no?   😂

So managed to get 13 holes in with them, plus some pre-round range-time comparing them to my original T200 set. Both T200 sets spec'd exactly the same -Modus105x, +1/2"and 1deg up.  My quick summary impression is....meh not a lot in it.  i think the original T200s feel a bit better and definitely go through the turf easier. I also think the originals look a bit better at address and seem to have a thinner top line than the new model.  The new T200s look better in the bag and may go a few yards longer.  Forgiveness is a wash.  I'll give them another spin next weekend and report back with more thoughts. I wish I was good enough to play the 100s...

I'm not sure how anyone could rationally expect any other result. There's not going to be a lot of magic between two sequential generations of the same iron.

Better at address and thinner top line in the old model? I tend to disagree - strongly! 😊

(And yes, I have the data on my side 😉)

They came in a day early!! Got to play 9 holes after work, I do have to say they feel much better glued in than the demo 7 iron. Didn't notice a click vs the demo 7 iron I used for fitting. Every iron felt dialed in as far as swing weight, stuck two shots irons on par 3's that led to kick in birdies. Distance was great definitely a little more distance but maintaining spin. Took a chance on these Nippon AMC shafts after trying them on a 7 iron and glad I did, tight dispersion much more manageable for me plus getting more height on my long irons. Also to my surprise they upgraded to the black nickel finish which looks awesome!! Can't wait to take them out this weekend!!

Do you play a lot of partial shows with your PW? Would think the gap would be huge from there down to a 50 deg SM7?

What a sensational set of irons, lipped a bird for 68 on 18 tonight, never had better turf interaction with an iron, get excited every time I pull one from the bag.

sorry for my bias against Titleist for all these years

Pleased to hear that the turf interaction is so great! Nice shooting!

Anyone have a 3 iron in the t200 that they can post a picture of it at address? I’m just looking to see the topline thickness of the 3.

Here's a few side-by-side shots of my new T200 3 iron alongside my 2019 T100 3 iron. The T200 is on the left in each shot. the top line isn't much (if any) thicker than the T100, but there is noticeably more chunk on the back.

Hero. Thanks.

No worries. I'm yet to actually hit the T200 3 iron, so I don't know how it truly is at address. I'll report in if I get a chance to hit it any time soon, but I'm having surgery for carpal tunnel in a couple of days so I might be out for a while 😐 My new irons arrived too early!

Ordered 4-GW KBS C taper 130X - 5 weeks ago, so excited to get them although I haven't played this weekend got sciatica 😭 so taking it easy.

Can't decide whether to ditch my hybrid and order a 505 driving 3 iron. Anyone tried one out? Wondering if the premium shafts are worth it too.
