Whistling Straits is stunning both visually and in its physical layout. Proving to be a great challenge for both teams to manage and navigate.

 

Particularly liked watching hole #12 the past two days, especially this afternoon's pin placement in the four ball matches. The course is just a brute, cant imagine that tee shot on #18.

Harrington looks pretty resigned to accept the fate of losing captain status.  Not his fault, no Euro captain can rescue that team.  Still, the team speech tonight looks to be pretty far from remotely galvanizing.  I don't know how he can talk about Medinah with a straight face.

Amazing how a captain’s competency is directly tied to how 12 players (that he has nothing to do with developing) play. Hal Sutton is a few Tiger or Phil swings away from being a genius and Ben Crenshaw is one long putt away from being another in a long line of idiots.

I think it's over early given that lineup.  Rory has been terrible all week.

Call me crazy, but I think we should send Bryson out against Rahm and let him drive Rahm nuts. Bryson is gonna do stupid crap, take forever, and get under Rahm's skin early. If we even get a tie out of Rahm that's mission accomplished.
