2. The last time I carried a proper handicap, it was 12.8. I have recently come back to the game and do not have a current handicap, though I am working on one.

3. Currently, I game a 2021 Inesis 900, a fanged, blacked out flat-stick that gets the job done, and it inspires confidence, but it doesn't scream 'you got this' at me staring down a 20-footer for birdie (or bogie if that's the round).

4. I have not ever used a L.A.B. Golf putter, though I have thought about it often.

5. From what I know of them, L.A.B. Golf occupies a fairly unique market position. They don't churn out copies of Newports and similar, nor do they just slap their own name on a casting from a 2-ball. I think that the more exposure the game gets looking into alternatives the better. Perhaps L.A.B just needs to get more putters into more hands (like mine?) and show off how what they're doing works, or doesn't work, for more golfers.

4. I tried to test one out at PGA Superstore back in November of last year at PGA Superstore in Katy TX. Unfortunately that location didn't carry lab putters at that time.

5. The technology of the lab putters really intrigues me. I've often said that as long as the ball goes in the hole, i don't care what the putter looks like. The Mezza definitely looks better that the DF 2.1.

5. Why do you want to review the MEAZZ.1 putter? I've read about L.A.B.'s technology and philosophy and have always been intrigued to try their putters but the shapes never fit my eye until now. It is a very similar shape to my current gamer putter and I'd like to see if it truly improves my consistency on the greens which is by far the weakest part of my game.

4. Have you ever used a L.A.B. Golf putter? I played around with one in college and I’ve messed with one my boss has at work (the direct force putter) and I love the stability but could never get used to the look

5. Why do you want to review the MEAZZ.1 putter? Putting has always been a downside to my golf game. Ball striking is never a problem but I’m extremely streaky on the greens. I love the stability of the putter and consistency across the face that the Lab putters offer but could never get used to the look. This one however looks awesome! I think it might finally be time to get the whole experience!

I like the idea behind technology but I just couldn’t get over the looks of the DF and I liked the B2 enough but went back to my odyssey 7 because of the head shape etc and my B2 didn’t have a press grip because at the time they didn’t have them in stock. Would love to see how the new head shape would jive with me and the offset shaft.

I play 1-2 times a week plus practice and indoor practice also listen to podcasts research etc and I take practice notes just constantly working on improving my game and putting is a huge focus!
