I don’t know about left misses with hybrids, I seem to hit every club the same shape personally, but the Tour Edge CBX119 Hybrid produced the highest ball speed and lowest spin of any hybrid I have hit.

I used it to replace a 3W at the time.

It sat Neutral to slightly open to my eye at address, very piercing flight, lower than the Callaway Superhybrid that I tested at the time

If you are looking for a low spin hybrid to bomb it out there as far as possible, the Callaway UW may be worth a look!

image.png.2aa7be6e65a89d01422967cf3d6a46fa.pngIf you can find any, look at the Tour Edge CBX and CBX-119 hybrids.

These had a square face angle, and were touted as left-proof by the TE

club reps.

For stock shafts, CBX had KuroKage and HZRDUS;

CBX-119 had EvenFlow and HZRDUS.

Heads were bonded (non-adjustable) and came in

single-digit loft increments from 16*-20*, and 22*.

Production cycle was pre-pandemic, so they may be

hard to find.

Is another option.  TE has had a good number of stuff on sale lately.  The one you mentioned was abundant off their site 6 months ago.

Mizuno CLK or the new STz 230. Mizuno is the first and only hybrid I’ve ever got along with for keeping the hooks at bay. They have a flatter lie than most out there. The new STz is a beast too!

Check out the Sub 70 949x Pro hybrid. I have one and love the thing. Feels great. Has a nice solid sound to it. And it's actually long enough to basically make a three wood irrelevant in my bag so I don't even carry one. I'm thinking of getting a second one to replace my driving iron.

I have the non pro version and I have no problem with it going left. Your right they are long.

The ones with flat lie angle(like Ping) and can be adjusted to open face should do the trick.

Apex UW with a heavier/stiff shaft. Velocore red/blue have been used with success and kept spin up. I play a ventus black velocore and it’s anti left as anything I’ve used and plays like a 5w/3+hybrid.

Not a hybrid, not a fairway. But footprint of a large hybrid.

the 19/21 are great options.

Would add the Cobra King Tec hybrid (2021 or 2023 version) with the adjustable weights and sleeve. Gave me similar anti-left to 818H2 & TSi3 but more forgiving (albeit with a larger footprint).

I'm also in the camp that believes that those models that allow adjusting to a flatter lie angle and therefore more open face (e.g. Ping, Titleist, others?) are the most direct path to preventing the lefts.

More so than weight adjustments alone can provide (just my opinion based on my experiences, but I'm pretty convinced of this). And certainly much more so than any shaft choices.

Also, a shaft that is too long will tend to promote a closed face, so make sure the club length is correct, too.

The Ping G425 / G430 and the Cobra King Tec can be set to play flatter and more fade biased as has already been mentioned but they are both pretty high spinning and quite high launching also, that may be great for approach shots and long par 3s but not for hitting low spin bullets off the tee.

Agree. What do you recommend for a low spin bullet head/shaft combo?

I was going to suggest this or the Stealth Plus hybrid. I’ve got both, and they’re both pretty anti-left.

The UW at 21° might eventually turn into my favorite club in the bag. It’s fun to try to hit really high, and you can still keep the flight low enough if need be.
