I still cannot get over how far i hit these. Hitting my sub 70 9 iron to a 140 flag was pushing it a bit for me but i could get it there.

I hit a comfortable 9 iron from 147 yesterday to 3 feet. And needed to get the ball up in a hurry yesterday on #15, and hit 9 iron from 158 pin high.

I really don't get it. These are monsters. I have hit 8 iron from 170+ a couple of times.

And if they are spinning way less i have not seen it. I'm holding greens and even spinning back 9, PW, GW. Again these are lofted basically identically to my Sub70

Which shaft are you using?

That what I been hitting at different golf shops. Just feels great and performs in that head. Almost feels like the Elevate Tour shaft I am using now.

I played a full 18 today with no wind, and i would say these are a 1/2 club longer than my Sub70s which are also fairly strong lofted.

I hit 9 iron twice from 150 out which i can't do with any other set. Hit PW to 140 pin and the T150 is only 1 degree stronger than my 659CB. These are a good 7-8yds longer than a comfortable swing with my last set. These are long clubs. I hit a 5 iron pin high to a pin at 201.

I like my SUB70s because i hit them straight. The Titleist i have more of a natural draw, but a bit less than the 0317.

I like them a lot so far. I shot 71 today my first full round with them. So they weren't awful

Congrats on your clubs.  Haven't messed with the new 150's but have last year's T100S, same lofts, now in storage.  I played them for less than a year with less than stellar results... too much spin, right up to when the new T100's arrived.  T100S are obviously longer than my 620 MBs but not so much that I loved them.

Last month I ordered the new T100 irons, 3-PW; they are only 1' stronger than my MBs but seems that 1' is giving my a tad more yardage.  I hit the T100 4i dead straight, and enjoy a baby draw when needed...they look so purr-dee. 🙂

Not as good or as long, but I B happy with my first round of 77 and getting 4i to 190+yds.  Have a fantastic day with your new tools. 🙂

Just saw these in person for the first time at my local golf shop.  They look incredible, both the 150's &100's. Interesting they are about a 1/4" short than the ZX7's.  I'm guessing Titleist measures to end of grip cap and not at shaft cut.  Good to know if I end up ordering the T150's as I would want the extra 1/4"

Hey Pepper, thanks and hope you are doing well these days

To be honest as much as i love the T150 part of me wishes i'd got the T100. I was a bit intimidated by the last gen T100 as when i messed around with it , it looked smaller than my 659's and 0317ST. I know you grew up playing blades, but i grew up playing SGIs LOL....so there's still something a little daunting for me with very small clubs.

That being said i ordered the 150s blind---and then when Titleist showed up at our demo day 2 weeks ago i was like "oh man i totally could play these...." towards the 100's.

For whatever reason they just looked easier to hit. But anyway, i can't complain about the performance, but if the 100's are just as good and in a slightly smaller package, i probably would've gotten them instead

Did anyone else get their T150s with a decrease in loft?

I went 2 degrees weak. I feel like that may have been a little too much.

I feel like im getting inconsistency in distance and flight.

Tried the T150 7iron today on Trackman with a PX 6.0 shaft, standard L/L/L. With a nice little draw i feel like it doesn't spin enough. I was hitting the Prov1 RCT ball.

Clubspeed: 85.3

Ball Speed: 118.2

Smash: 1.39

Attack Angle: -2.6

Path: 2.8

Face Angle: 1.2

Dyn Loft: 23.9

Launch 19.5

Spin: 5091

Carry: 170.7

Total: 179.2

Height: 102

Land Angle: 48.6

I mean, I would LOVE to have these ball speeds, but my cobra king tour with the same exact shaft and loft spin a tad more (about 400-500 rpms). I don't play on super hard greens and can always plan a spinnier ball (tour bxs or prov1x). But was just interesting to see the spin.

My unqualified opinion, but based on what I've read, is that bending 2* weak will add bounce and change your spin as well.

If you like 150's, stay with them.  There's a bit of difference in size, but nothing worth switching for.  I went with T100 because, as you say, playing blades since the beginning, and my experience with T100S – strong lofted irons…too much spin.

True, I am not getting a few extra yards, but what I am getting passes muster.  I was playing out to 6400+yds over the last three weeks, and got around nicely.  One of my buddies is similar to you, always played SGI.  When we play, he ogles and awes my clubs and likes to give them a smack, but reminds himself, nope. 🙂

Anyway, good luck with the 150s.  I may replace my T200 2i & 4i with the new T200s, not sure.

I’m not long after a fitting session with these irons. They feel incredible. I have ended up going with the t150’s in 5-GW.
Based on what I have read, I thought I would be fitted into a combo set with maybe the t200’s in 5-7. For me, there was little to no drop off in performance comparing the 2 sets. I launched it higher, had approximately 500 more spin rpm with the t150’s and the t200’s didn’t appear to be more forgiving for me.
The t200’s went slightly further but I put that down to the stronger lofts.

I have the t150’s with the stiff amt red shaft and 1 degree stronger loft heading my way.

Trading my T150/200 combo’s in.  Can’t take it anymore.  Dispersion all over the place.  Not a forged head, forged face yes.  Not a fan of them stamping “Forged” on the neck of club either, kind of cheesy.  Cast iron.  Zero distance gains. Too high ball flight for me.   Back plate on T200 is still clicky.  Looks better than older models but other than that, too clicky for me.  I tried. No loss.

there is a used set of raw p7mc at my local sporting goods store, its like the only used golf set they have. Hard to tell they are even used with the rust look, the patina on this set looks pretty good. Whoever bought them didn't use them long, have Kbs c taper lite shafts and built up right hand on the grip. That 4 iron is something else though, not sure I would go there.
