Yes it's not good but quite ironic Ray Owens is screaming "Look at this child" and "Share!" when it's very child-like to get someone at their worst moment and do the equivalent of telling tales on them by tagging all these high profile golf media/broadcasters. Very sad.

The spitting in the cup incident was a long time ago and remember in 2011 Tiger was fined for spitting on the green, which was clearly an act of petulance, at an ET event in Dubai. Tantrums among the elite players aren't that uncommon and Sergio has company in that regard.

Nothing surprises me with Sergio anymore, after the ridiculous tantrum earlier in the year the “glow” that he seemed to have after winner The Masters has well and truly faded,

Point to where I defend his antics.

Of course the threads are tedious because it's something we all know he is terrible for but it just serves as an excuse for people to come on here and call him names just like you have done.

Well then I doubt it’s quite a clear case of caddie abuse. I’m sure brother will only take so much once in private. Brothers are like that. Fist Fight in the morning then eat lunch together. Not at all excusing his behavior. But I’m just thinking that dynamic isn’t the normal player / caddie one.

If Stenson had broken his club and thrown it at his caddie you bet there would have been outrage. I’d rather a player took their anger out on a golf club than another human.
