Added another shaft to the mix as the Aldila Rogue 130 White and Black were not what I needed. Hopefully the Pro White can take out the Even Flow Blue.

Tested the EF back when they first came out and liked it, but the price was waaaaay too steep then. Got this one for a song. And the SM...the suspense was killing me and I ❤️‘d my M6 so figured if this would give me a few extra yards, why not...and the upgrade trade in deal was just too good to pass up with all of the old stuff I had lying around gathering dust.

Never had a Scotty but picked a barely used one up that just seemed to fit me. Immediately sent it to the Custom Shop and was beyond impressed with their work. Interestingly I didn’t pay for refurb yet some light micro-scratches on the sole automagically disappeared. What a great outfit.

Not on course, first round with the new clubs this Saturday.

I did have a long practice short game session with the sm8s to get used to them. I’m coming from Mizuno S18s, which honestly felt a little softer, but shape and control wise the sm8s performed way better for me.

Peter Finch has a great YouTube post where he compares 3 wedges and the sm8s won out. I agree with his statements, not highest spinning nor softest, but best all around and really easy to fit/gap. I spent quite some time with my fitter and feel like each wedge has a few specific jobs which is awesome.

Callaway Rogue Heavenwood with stiff Project X Evenflow Blue 75 from Callaway Pre Owned. I’m looking for a high-launching 200+ yard carry option. My current utility iron will go 185-190 carry but doesn’t have the height to stop. Hopefully the Heavenwood does the trick.
