Reports coming out this morning that the big fella is back in hospital. He is a fantastic bloke who spends nearly all his time raising money and awareness for luekaemia research and treatment.

Let's hope he can pull through for a third time.

Man that picture and post above. I mean what a strong and optimistic person. Honestly if that were me I think I'd probably have the angriest look on my face, and while i too would be holding up 1 digit on each hand, they would not be my thumbs.

Is it because we have better diagnosing tools so that doctors find them more?

or is it environmental? food?

It is sad anytime when you hear someone has cancer.

That positivity something that has always amazed me about so many with cancer and other terrible medical conditions. A buddy of mine who went through a battle with cancer, which he continues to win, commented that "it's not going to win and I enjoy laughing at the fact that it is so convinced it will".

Totally agree, but I would be curled up like a shrimp. F&&& cancer and all it's cousins. This guy is tough as a rock, best wishes and prayers for him.

Don't know him personally but know his story. I was gutted when I heard about this, he and his family deserve better. I hope he can find the strength to climb the mountain again, he deserves a happy ending.

Lyle is a bigger hero and inspiration than a man who won 300 golf tournaments. I am rooting for him as always.

Just reading on Jarrod's instagram profile that he has now been passed into palliative care. Horrible news to hear.
