I agree 100%. Still have one in mint condition (no hotmelt) but don’t want to use it. I cracked the face on two previous ones.

I'll second the 917 for anything current. My all time pick is still the Mp-650, but the variable in picking a driver for sound now is the ball. I play a much softer ball than I used to, and it can make a big difference on sound.

While I currently play an SZ (which Sounds great on solid shots), the best sounding modern driver I've ever had was a Titleist 910 D2. The perfect "THWACK".
