I tried calling the Ping CS today and got the recording that they are still closed and can’t take calls. How are people contacting and getting info from Ping? I called the 800-474-6433 number.

When i contacted Ping there was a live chat feature on the website. I was able to chat with someone live, instead of phone or waiting for an email

I also used the Live Chat on their website. I got a repair order# from the guy online and sent my clubs in last week. He said 1-2 week turnaround was all.

I placed an order for I210s on 7/11 and got an estimated shipping date of 8/26, so it looks like wait times may be back up to 6 weeks.

They reopened on a very limited work crew and are even considering scaling back more with the current situation in PHX. PING is putting the safety of it's employees as first priority. I applaud them for that!

Got fitted for a G410 driver on 6/26 through my local fitter. Was told 7-14 business days on the day of fitting and just followed up with my fitter today to see what the status was and he said it was unfortuantely still in process and that Ping is now at 3+ weeks for custom builds due to limited staff.

Ordered a custom U510 utility iron through Carl's Golfland as well on 7/7 and I am being told by Carl's that Titleist is projecting a ship date of 2-3 weeks, but who knows if that is still firm with everything going on in California.

Sucks, but I guess it is what it is with everything going on.

I bought a Aldila Xtorsion shaft for my G400 MAX off of ebay last week. I didn't know it from the listing but they had to order it from Ping and was told it is targeted to ship Aug 6 for a driver shaft and LH ping adapter in R flex. It is possible they needed to order the shaft from Aldila since its not really a current product offering any longer

Ping told me today that new custom orders, assuming nothing is out of stock, are estimated at 18 business days to build.

I called yesterday to send back a set of irons for re-shafting. They told me it would be completed within 5 days of receipt of my set.

Sounds like repair department is back to normal.

I ordered 2 Glide 3.0 wedges stock shaft but upright and asked Ping to ensure swingweight. Ordered through DD's on June 12. Got tracking Monday (1 month later). Shipping from west coast now showing Monday 7/20 arrival date. So ~5 weeks from order time to having clubs in hand.

My understanding is they are working on orders this week that were placed from June 23 to 27 timeframe.

That sounds about in line with what I was told. They said 15-20 business days for all of their product that is not delayed, so best case scenario is probably around 1 month right now. Worst case could be a lot longer if any components are not in stock.

My irons have been there for three weeks now for swing weight adjustment... they are a bit behind their normal operations curve.
