Pretty mixed, I'm not really a loyalist to any brand with the exception of irons, big fan of Bridgestone, and putters, Bettinardi.

C. But thats only because I dont have brand loyalty when it comes to Putters.

Ive historically been Taylormade for Driver/Woods and Callaway for Irons. As a mid-handicap golfer Ive always been partial to Callaway for irons. I am so used to their design and to me, they have always released clubs for players in my skill range. From personal experience, I find Callaway irons the easiest irons to hit that are generally super soft/forgiving that are specifically tailored for that 10-18 handicap golfer.

I tried out a set of Ping blade irons, couldnt hit them for crap. Tried out Taylormade Sim irons and they felt so clunky.

C) I'm a club ho that's never been loyal to one brand, they all make good stuff so it really just depends on the flavor of the week or what's getting good reviews that year. My bag is PXG, not to match the irons but because of the external magnetic putter well, which is so convenient and it's hands down the best bag I've ever owned.

I always try as much as I can and I usually buy the older models instead of the newest on the block.  By doing this I ended up in PING G400 irons, Woods and , Hybrids

I have a Fly Z Driver , Cleveland CBX wedges, and a PXG Putter

All wrapped up in a PING Hoofer, because the bag was on sale at Dicks

I'm a Ping guy, especially with irons. But half of the fun of golf for me is fussing with equipment, so I'm open to trying a lot of different things. My backup driver is a Ping G20 that I played for years, and can probably keep up with the Bridgestone I'm hitting now. But the Bridgestone makes me smile when I pull it from the bag so it will stay for a while.

What blows my mind is that Ping basically invented the modern putter but their current offerings are unattractive to me visually so I won't go near them. Hoping to replace my Cleveland putter this year with either an Evnroll or Mizuno. I know it shouldn't bother me but I'm really annoyed with Srixon/Cleveland signing Koepka so I've been purging my bag of their stuff.

The theme here is there isn't a lot of rational thought put into the brands in the bag. 😉

I've got a little bit of everything.

TM m6 driver

Mizuno hybrid

Nike irons

Vokey wedges

and trying out a PXG putter for this year.

and a Sun Mountain bag,  (mostly because its the only one I could find LH)

I like to tinker and pick up clubs second hand.  If I get to where I'm playing some more, I'll consider getting fitted into some clubs, but haven't played enough to feel like spending the cash.

I personally don't believe in the 1 brand bags, unless you're on tour and can have stuff build/grind/tailored exactly how you want.

C, but right now it's 12 out of 14 Titleist as the driver and 4w now match the irons and wedges. Still playing a Mizuno hybrid (soon to be replaced by a Callaway) and Ping putter (probably never to be replaced) and it's all in my trusty old Sun Mountain 3.5. Titleist ball, FootJoy glove, Nike shoes.

I am in the camp of those who say they feel a little weird having a full matching bag when they're not paid to play them, but to each their own.

The only two clubs in my bag that are the same brand (outside of my irons, duh) are my hybrid and utility iron.  Both of those are New Level.  Ironically though I don't put either of those in at the same time.  Windy days...utility....calmer days...hybrid.  Outside of that everything else is different.  Not for any particular reason.  I pick what works.  Just so happens to be different brands for different clubs.  Once I get my new driver; my driver and 5W will be the same manufacturer, Cobra.  In my bag (as of now) I have Callaway, Cobra, New Level, Honma, Vokey, Mizuno, and Evnroll. Not all those brands are in at the same time, but gives you an idea of the variety.

I'm probably closest to B, being a TM guy for woods and irons.  I will sprinkle in a Callaway hybrid sometimes, and also have a set of Vokey SM8's.  I rotate between a Spider X, 2 Ball Ten and Scotty 5.5 depending on what I like at the moment.

I bought a Nike bag a couple of months back that I've been enjoying.
