Ok update.  My person said they were able to get another head and should be shipping it out tomorrow.  Hopefully this one will get here.  I’ve got another issue with that same Orlando center.  Bought some custom covers for the 3 wood and my Paradym driver coming.  Been stuck at the Orlando distribution center since the 1st.  Went in but hasn’t left.  They were both due today.  Something crazy going on.  Sent that seller a message.  The 3 wood was a tour head but not from eBay but from someone I’ve purchased from before but yes they still cost a pretty penny being early and a tour head.  Should have that by the weekend.

Sounds like a thief versed in golf equipment in the Orlando distribution center. Can someone even contact a distribution center directly?

There isn't a phone tree big enough for that kind of thing. You'll get to the Postmaster General quicker than you'll reach the distribution center.

That’s why I told the seller what I do every-time now.  I always add insurance for the entire amount.  That way it’s always protected but those seem to always get the attention of people higher up at the post offices.  One time I had one stuck (AutoFlex shaft) in Atlanta and I had the head of the entire post office call me when I inquired and within 24hrs that package was found, delivered and they even called me to tell me it was delivered.

Rose is using a tour issue 'standard' model that wouldnt have any diamonds on it - but has a forward weight and a few other aspects not in the retail version.

That's the driver used by JR. Standard Paradym head with the forward weight. Also has no chevron alignment aid on the crown.

Version 6 I believe looking at the USGA site.  Version 7 is the TDS and version 8 is the TDS+.  But, version 4 is also a TDS.  The confusing part is version 2 and version 5 are both triple diamond.  And version 7 and version 4 are TDS. Lol, I think I am just confusing myself even more.

The + designates a CG position that has increased spin properties.

 

+ heads in the past have usually just had a serial number with a suffix to indicate this.

Decided on triple diamond 8° with Tensi AV white in 75g.  I need to backread.  Anywhere I can get before 2/24?

I was pretty dead set on TSR4 with 1k black. X stiff.  Just tried the TD 8 -1° with the AV white in stuff and was getting great launch And spin.   Now I need it NOW lol.  Tired of spinning my driver 2500-3400 and landing 250 yards.  Where is best play to buy that won’t wait until release date?

So my fingers are crossed and my TD 3 wood should be here Friday and I have a Sat round set up.  Weather is supposed to be decent but I’ve prob jinxed myself now and it will either rain or the head will be late.  Lol.

Someone on the BST has an 8* but with an upgraded shaft but he won’t split up (I already asked haha).  So if you want the whole set up he’s got an 8* for sale.

That’s what I was saying.  I think this could be a big seller as you get to move the large weight in the back for direction/forgiveness and also still change the weight in the front to reduce launch and spin and up smash factor.
