if i were a professional athlete, i’d have every woman i went on a date with sign an NDA.

Exactly she wants a book deal and to go on the cable entertainment news circuit.  They weren't married so she is not entitled to any of his assets.  The NDA would prevent her from being able to come out with such a book so she wants it gone or she wants hush money.  In all likelihood, Tigers attorney's will meet with her council and this will get settled.

Are you sure about that, he had affairs with 120 woman while married. So maybe it's a Tiger problem. He self admitted he had a sex addiction, sought treatment, so there may be grounds for some sort of sexual claim on her part given his past sex addiction, if he did something that was not right, especially in the bedroom, or when denied sex. If he is a sex addict, it is within the realm of possibility that he had an inappropriate reaction if she told him no at some point in their relationship.

I get that, and am by no means a Tiger apologetic or sympathizer. But people do change, and you can't hold his previous actions against him forever. We don't know the details of his relationships, and I frankly couldn't care less. Shouldn't have shared my opinion in the first place since it's so unpopular here to dissent in anyway.

How any woman with any self respect would dabble with Tiger at this point is beyond me. If they are, and they aren't complete morons, they are looking for something more - like this lady.

Not that it matters, nor does anyone give a flyin flip, however I have never cared for this girlfriend. Tiger married and has dated(Lindsey) 5-⭐️'s, though this was a reach, and her reaction to their break-up does not surprise me in the slightest. 
 

Not that I disagree with her premise for voiding the NDA, because I agree 💯 that if sexual/physical abuse is involved, the individual should not be bound to silence. 
 

That said, something like this starts the rumor mills a flyin, truth and facts be damned. While I do not know nor have I ever met Tiger, I do know someone exceedingly well who was very close friends with his ex-wife, and I do know that Tiger never so much as raised his voice to her, much less a hand, even in the worst of times.

 

As those that have read my previous posts regarding Tiger, while I love him as an Athlete and a Competitor, and I believe that he's the second Greatest Player to EVER plant the peg, I'm "meh" on the off-course Tiger and I'll leave it at that.
 

I just find it peculiar that this breaks in The Palm Beach Post, more an opinion driven editorial rag than it is legit news source.

The gist of it sounds like someone wanting to generate "buzz" --- no NDA would preclude her from going to any authorities at any time over some legitimate issue of criminal behavior, and that clearly hasn't happened.

I hope that the facts are sorted appropriately, due diligence is done,  and hope that all ends the way it is supposed to end with each happy in their own right and living fulfilling lives in the future.

She wants to nullify the NDC based on some sexual harassment claims. Seems like the time to do that was when she was his employee managing his restaurant. But if Tiger came on to her (not really sure how they started dating), she jumped at the opportunity. I guess she thought it was a promotion from employee to girlfriend. Tiger ain't no saint, but women look at him with dollar sign eyes. Not sure how anybody is surprised by how this unfolded.

Until my wife corrected me Monday, I actually thought he was! 

 

I guess my post reads like I still do, haha.  I'm sure it was staged to garner attention during the Tour's big week.
