What's Your All-Time Favorite Scotty Cameron Line?

So many different models and subtle changes through the years....what's your favorite?

 

Mine is the 2018 Select Newport. Something about that insert makes it soft like a White Hot but responsive like a classic milled Cameron.

I've been playing Cameron putters since the late 90's and I'd say this current line of Selects are really good.  Combines a lot of the best features of all the putters.  Where Cameron misses is not allowing anyone to have options or upgrades on the putters.  The whole "collector" protection idea blows.  But, still great putters...

The 1996 Classic Newport has the best feel for me, no putter I've ever had some close to matching it. Performance wise, the 2022 Phantom X 11 works best for my stroke.

My first Scotty was a Santa Fe TEi3. Still my favorite although the aforementioned Studio Stainless NP2 feels as good as my 009. Honorable mention to the Mil-Spec.

Mil Spec and Studio stainless Newport 2. Agreed that the special select and super select are very nice as well.

The 95-97 classics line up has to be up there. I have one, so maybe I'm biased, but the old carbon Camerons are just better.

hard to say from a gaming perspective but the TeI3 stands out to me as being really iconic and unique

I honestly thought we might see something similar with this year’s OTR release.  The quality and craftsmanship oozes from those putters.

Personally, I can't look at pre stainless style lineups. The putters are too skinny for my liking. Those are great for collection, but I don't have much confidence when looking down at them.

you’ve probably looked at a bunch of refinished ones that have been shaved down to remove dings. Some of the old school carbon newports are very beefy

Totally agree here. I want a 2011 Studio Select but I don’t think I’ve felt anything softer than the 2018.

I'm still gaming a 2014 Select Fastback.  This is the best putter I've ever hit.  Nothing can kick it out of the bag.  

 

Every year I hit the new models.  And walk away thinking my 2014 feels better.
