I still wonder how long Jack will tee it up as an honorary starter - prediction: this is his last year and they get to dump Player in the bargain and it will be Watson and whomever (not trying to start that speculation).  Jack has struggled and no longer able to play the Par 3.  Wonder if Player will get to play in it, guessing he will, but also have to wonder who he would play with - I could see Watson getting the flu if he's already "set" to tee it up with Gary.

I hated that he left, but watching how he handled stress at The Open I’m sure he’ll do fine. He seems like a good guy and is fun to watch, esp his phenomenal short game. Looking forward to watching him play.

Ok, I’ve caught up, ergo the many replies…. Was getting settled back in work after enjoying @aenemated and others recs for places to eat while taking Mrs Duct Tape to see Adele in Las Vegas (serious good behavior points which will be called in from the TV couch this weekend).

 

Back to golf, like many others I’m pulling for Rory.  But considering his overwhelming preference as the victor here at WRX there’s no way for him, or any human, to handle that kind of pressure.

Definitely felt a little bummed watching Jack last year. Just looked like he was having a real hard time. One of the worst things of being middle aged is seeing all your childhood heroes barreling into mortality. 

 

My call for honorary starters moving forward? Tom, Sir Nick and Freddie. Freddie because ... who doesn't love the guy? 

 

Ms. aenemated DGAF about golf but even she loves Boom Boom after I made her watch the video of him showing off his art collection 😂
