B looks like a low bounce W grind or LB K grind.

Also looks like it'd be great out of the unplayable bunkers we've had around my area due to too much rain, looks like it'd scoop a ball out nicely.

Whats with this 56? All look like straight up bladed wedges more or less except this one. Is this style only offered in 1 loft? Because that would seem odd.

There's a 58 and 60 (both Wide Sole) in the mix that looks like this, too. Might be just the Wide Sole grinds? Reminds me of my beloved Stealth 2.0. It looks like it is also missing the insert.

The 58 H-Grind looks awesome, like a T-grind but with a little more bounce. That will go straight in the bag.

I want one. I don’t even love black irons but I want one in black. I assume these have an insert to move weight out and will play at least as forgiving as the Cleveland RTX 6 Zipcores? Do these have similar tech?

 

The grinds are plentiful. I don’t know the Ping lineup well.
 

Just tell me which 58 grind(s) will work best off: 1. hard pan, 2. bad bunkers with wet or little sand and 3. tight lies around the green. I would say I am neutral to shallow with wedges.

looks like undercut channel as well - the extra thickness on top line

E grind is fantastic for 1&2 (I have Eye 2 in Glude 3.0). I would dig a lot on tight lies, but a) I had standard lie configuration and realized I should’ve bent flat, and b) there is much more bounce on the toe compared to the heel, so can probably go toe down and alleviate some digging concerns. I didn’t take advantage of this well before switching to T grind that I had bent flat, which I’ve had no issues digging with.
 

Not that you’re asking, but T isn’t quite as good out of the bunkers as Eye 2, and haven’t been able to test on many hard pan shots yet. It’s much better for full/partial shots into the green, but I think they’ve cleaned up the leading edge on Eye 2 since the 3.0

Thank you. I like those options. Going to look at E or T in the 58 and a 54-S as well. I do like having one “automatic out of the bunker” club in the lineup. I play wedges 2 degrees flat.

 

I have a higher bounce 58 on hand, a New Level Tri-Weight, which is a C grind and is a very good all-around head. It has 12 degrees bounce so would like an option with a little less. 

 

I am thinking black in these Pings. Not my norm but they look so good.
