But hey we were told after the first or second release that we would neve4 see them again. It was someone who knew the whole, real story about the ksig

I have such a large stash I have no need for either KSIG or K3 for some time. However I found a great way to burn inventory this weekend. Played Mojave Resort course in Laughlin NV, it got me for 1/2 dozen on Friday. If I lived there my stash most certainly would need a little top off.

Cobra F7+ - Stiff
Callaway V-Series 3 & 5 wood with Aldila Rouge Silver
Srixon 585 5-AW - Modus 105 Stiff
Ping Glide 2.0 Stealth 53 & 58 Degree
EVNROLL ER5
Srixon XV - Yellow

Strike up a Eagle from the FW bunker for a KSig 4 last Friday and it was actually one I found rather than from my own private stock.

It seems to me that, if the KSig 4 was any good, you wouldn't have been in the FW bunker in the first place.

Well of course you know that the bunker was 75 yds past my usual landing area and I only found it because this ball is so hot off my Epic driver face the ball rolled out too far.

But as you also know....It TOTALLY redeemed itself from 91 yds out :ok:

I'm spent. No more golf ball purchases for me this go-round.

Hopefully their stock will finally kill the aftermarket and all those who buy them just to flip them. Would love to see these in the stores regularly in the future.

Costco will do what Costco will do and we can't necessarily predict it. But do you think there's any serious chance at this point that the original 4-piece K-Sig is going to just be a regular in-store stock item nationwide on a regular basis? I'd think if that were ever going to happen it would have.

For whatever reason, they seem to have settled on an online-only non-continuous release. Guess it could all turn on a dime and change tomorrow but seems unlikely.

I played in a tournament yesterday on a course that I was told would be some of the firmest and fastest greens I've ever played. They definitely lived up to that billing. Played the 3 Piece and had nothing out of the ordinary from my usual Chrome Soft. Ball responded just fine and ended up 2-3 yds from it's mark usually. Distance was spot on as well. Still can't find a reason not to play this ball regularly.

Waiting for the comparison review of the K-3 vs Chrome Soft. The K-3 feels much softer and much more like the CS to me. I will be interested to see the numbers.

There have already been a number of posts in this thread comparing the two. The summary is...it's very similar to the CS.

Callaway Paradym 9*
TaylorMade SiM Max Rocket 14*

Srixon ZX 2 hybrid 16* and 4 hybrid 22*
Srixon ZX7 MKII 5-PW
Cleveland RTX ZipCore6 50, 54, 58
Evnroll EV5.1 with Stability Tour Black
Titleist ProV1X
Bushnell Pro XE Rangefinder | Garmin Approach S70 Watch

I do believe we will see them in stores again. It goes back to their business model of getting people in the stores to get you to buy other stuff you didn't plan on buying (up-selling). If they can get to the point of having enough stock, I think moving them to the store is a no brainer.

I think the reason they've been mostly only available online up until this point is because they want to be fair to their members by giving everyone a chance to buy them, rather than the lucky few who happen to be in the right store at the right time. When they have enough to fill all their stores, I think they will do just that.

Yes it seems that way to me anecdotally. I would like to see some objective numbers with launch monitor testing as has been done with the Ksig-4.

Wouldn't that just kill the buzz though?[

Kind of like the old Yogi Berra quote. Somebody asked about a famous restaurant in New York and he said, "Nah, nobody goes there any more. It's too crowded".

First one to receive newest batch let me know if the professional quality wording is gone from the box like the picture shows

It appears the wording was changed. This picture is from a post on 4/5/18.
