Not liking the looks of these at all. First m series I don't like the look of

It will be interesting to see if twist face continues into the new range and if it does how much will be written and spoken about it in the marketing material that comes out. I doubt the big twist face plastic model will be sent out to stockiests this time around or videos of Tiger, Rory, DJ & Jason Day sat on bar stools giving there reaction to it.

It looks like the pic of the M6 face has Twist Face written on the upper toe section. Still think the M6 looks better from the bottom than the M5. It's just so busy with that silver carbon. Still interested in the tech. Given what we know so far, it should have a solid muted feel to it with whatever it is they are injecting behind the face.

Looks much better on the face than expected. I've had every version since M2 originally so I'll definitely give it a go. Colour scheme is dreadful though. Just put a new shaft in my M4 so unlikely to change this year. G400 wasn't up to much. Haven't tried the TS range but that's down to being bored to tears by the very thought of Titleist.

Is it the angle, or is the the face on these drivers extremely shallow.?

Also, is there any way to easily adjust Swingweight on the M6?

I'm not seeing a removable weight on the m6, unless it is on the back of the head somewhere....

I have this insane idea...... I am going to wait until I can hold the drivers in my hand hit them on a Trackman and play on my home course with them. I will then post in this thread how good or bad they are. ;)

How well will twist face help with low heel strikes when the ball is coming off the big red screw? What’s the CT of a red face screw? What kind of imprint will it scratch into the ball? Torx head markings?

I think they look awesome in those pictures and the screws in the face also look pretty cool. Big fan of the orange accents now that it’s a clear image.

That M5 is looking very square shaped from the various angles. Me not likey. The M6 looks better to me, shape wise.

Anybody who has held the M6- is there a removable weight hidden somewhere, so we can adjust swingweight? I'm going to be disappointed if there is not as a bunch of us will take off a decent amount of length from the standard 45.5" ...

There is a weight in the back of the M6. Very small. Hopefully aftermarket options will become avail as I was told that TM still won’t do swingweight requests.

Seconded!

 

Two interesting things i'm noticing here. First, they clearly look to be trying to concentrate the weight on the M6 back and lower with that more protruding wing shaped sole which is good. So many drivers put weight all the way back there but it ends up too high following the contour of the sole which raises CG. This looks like they tried to keep that lower which is great. Second, they are clearly styling this thing after the Tensei Orange shaft with those orange bands, especially the M6.

 

Similar sole shaping as the original M2.

Its still there but slimmed down, was a pic a few pages back but might have been taken down
