Driver but ended up going back to the old 910 D2.

Irons chop and change with the Miura Baby Blades (new) and my old W/S FG59's.

Wedges got replaced this year to the Vokey SM6's and short game has really been improved because of it.

New ball this year, Titleist AVX which I am very happy with

Driver = Callaway Smoke-Ai Max-D

3 wood = Callaway Smoke-Ai Max HL

3 Hybrid = Tour Edge Exotics C722
Irons = 4-PW Miura KM 700
Gap Wedge = Miura HB 50*

Sand Wedge = Taylormade MG2 56*

Putter = LAB DF3

Ball = TP5x pix / Bridgestone Tour B-X

Putter - started with my old trusty B-60 for the spring "furry" greens, then rotate between early '70s Anser and Nike Origin.

Driver - Fly-Z -to G to Fly-Z to G and holding strong since July

3W - ditched the Fly-Z that was too inconsistent and scored a XR-16 from Cally pre-owned.

Irons - picked up the last of the i200s my local shop had in August, Eye 2s are now in the back-up bag. Although the Eye-2 wedge may make another appearance before the end of the year - love that club.

The eye-2 Gorge SW is the one constant.

Well I started the season with my 790s in the bag technically, and I've kept them all year. Getting a fitting in Nov though so I expect that to change. I also started the year with the F8 3w, and that's gone in and out of the bag all year. I love the look and love the feel but I think the head spins a bit too much for me and it's also very draw biased. The SZ head goes in and out to replace it. Love the fade bias but the feel isn't as nice and also the SW needs to be adjusted some. Driver hasn't changed at all, although I did custom order the Z785 which will get here next week.

Wedges I changed from MD2's to FE302's late last year and they rotate in and out with the Cobra Trusty's depending on conditions. RACs for wet/softer turf, and Cobra's for tighter/firm. Usually the year is started with RAC's, move to Cobra for summer, then back to RAC's right about now once the temp cools down.

Putter has changed a bunch. Went from a O Works #1, to a 1W, to a 2 ball, to a #7 White hot pro, to a #7 O works, and now to my Custom Xenon which so far has been the best fit for me.

Very likely looking at a full bag change in Nov though.

Bags stayed pretty much the same all year, but i have had a few ins and outs, gone back to my Vokey SM5 50 rather than the MD3, still have the MD3, tried a 2 iron to replace the jpx900 3 hybrid, didn't really give me a gap, so back to the hybrid. Only thing that's changed is the putter, gone to the 2ball red, but again, still have the nike method origin, so may go back.

I did try a few of the new irons though, nothing really came close to knowing the apex out the bag, except another set of apex with a different shaft, so might update them in a few weeks!

Driver remained the same. As did my carry bag and my hybrid.

New 3 wood.

New wedges.

New putter.

And yesterday...added new irons.

Bouncing around on ball choice. Still like the TP5x but have been using the Titleist AVX the last few rounds. Yet to be determined.

This is my first full season playing, so I'm still dialing in equipment. I changed from a Callaway X Hot to a Ping K15 to help with inconsistent tee shots (wanted to test out sft over a season before making a commitment). Picked up 2 new wedges. Went from a Odyssey Tank 7 to a Ping zb s to improve distance control and to free up my putting stroke. Finally, switched out an Adams 3h for a G30 7 wood to match a sweeping stroke. The driver, wedges, and putter have all been hits. I'm still gaining confidence in the 7 wood.

I've met some goals on the course this season, and I'm really starting to enjoy the game. If I'm smart, I'll play this bag for another couple of seasons, but I'm sure you guys know how that goes. Great topic OP.

Always subject to change, but:

3 wood changed from Epic to Ping G400 then back to Epic, then back to G400

Added a 5 wood, but its on its way out in favor of a 19* Hybrid (PXG on order)

Changed my older than dirt Golden Rams with just sorta old Mizuno MP-32s. No real difference in how I'm playing, but it's fun to have a slightly different look in the bag.

Also have recently been goofing around with an old Ping Anser putter that's been in the back recesses of my garage for a long time. I stuck some lead weight on it and put on a new school fat grip. Again, a fun changeup, but no real difference in my scores from the mallet I've been using for many years.

Nothing changed all year except the putter, went from a 2-ball to a custom Slighter (going back to 2-ball), and contemplating adding a 3 iron to replace the 3 hybrid!

I've been playing the MP 64s instead of the 825 Pros, but had both at the start of the season anyway. Just swtiched the Aeroburner TP for an M1 440, not sure if it'll stay.

Nothing really... other than pre-round choice of whether to leave to 4i or 3H at home. (3H usually left out unless I'm facing a couple of 190-ish par 3 holes.)

Despite many attempts to replace clubs with better, newer or prettier ones, the only change to the starting lineup is a 56 wedge with a wider sole, MD4 W grind instead of MD forged.

After finally getting my swing sorted just before the season started I've replaced the following:

Taylormade M4 19 hybrid in for Mizuno MP18 Fli-Hi 3 iron.

Odyssey O Works 2 in for the Versa 1W.

Mizuno MP 18 Fli-Hi 2 iron - This rotates in and out depending on weather.

And I have 50 & 56 S18 wedges coming in for the 900's gap and lob wedge. The 60 has been so good and my playing partner last week recently made the same change. I hit a few balls with them after the round and they were easier to stop on the green, same distances.

My Callaway X-forged Vintage 58/9 deg wedge and my driver shaft- Oban Devotion 04 are all that remain. I even got a new bag...lol. My season is year-round so here is what's changed since January 2018.

Added: 2017 M1 460 10.5deg driver head, Callaway X2 Hot Pro 15deg, 2017 M1 Rescue 19deg, Ping G25s, Callaway MD forged 50/10, Cleveland RTX4 54/10 mid (thank you GolfWrx and Cleveland Golf!), and a Odyssey Black Series #9.

I hadn't really thought about it until this post but my X-forged wedge and the Oban must be serious performers to survive the full on bag carnage that went down this year without me realizing it. I just added a piece here and there to deal with clubs that had a weakness or weren't performing with my swing.

I have also added a new bag, new towel..lol, and a few lessons. Been a good year!

Nothing as yet, but I have a TS3 on order which should come in next week or so and that has been it for the year, pretty restrained I would like to think.

Other than that, if changing grips counts, I've had all my clubs re-gripped with with the same grips that were on there before with the exception of my putter which I put a Superstroke Flatso on and I have got to admit, it's been one of the best things I have ever done.

Everything except the 64* wedge.

It’ll be 2-3 years before I do this again. It takes me awhile to get comfortable with new stuff and I didn’t really enjoy constantly pulling a new club all summer.

Not a club in my bag from last spring.

Dropped my X2 hot in June and justvput a 905R in it from ebay. Bit shorter then the Callway, but much straighter.

Added XR Pro16 3w

Alpla 5w from Goodwill I crush off the tee.

TM mud resuce hybrids from Goodwill. First hybrids Ive owned. Hit them off the tee until I found that 5w

Dropped my Ping Eye2s after many years of faithful service. Got fitted and total change in shaft dlex. length, and lie. Bought 716 AP1s and my cap has dropped from 9 to a 6.

Bought 2 new Vokeys. Why did I wait so long!!

Dropped a couple old Ping putters and added a used Spyder Mini...whole new putting game.

I’ve been testing driver shafts mainly. The driver has stayed the same and so has the putter. Irons went from 718 AP2’s to i210’s and sometimes S55’s. Wedges went from SM7s to Glide 2.0’s to Glide Forged. Fairway went from 913 to G25 to G400 to G and back to 913. 913 hd hybrid to 818 h2 to i500 3 iron and back to 913hd. Pretty much went all Ping from Titleist but my 913 fairway and hybrid are just too trustworthy to not have in the bag. G400 driver and Anser Redwood have been the constants, but I got crazy on ebay and ordered 3 putters so we’ll see what happens. Now driver shafts is a different story haha.
