300yards away, with high wind, tons of ambient noise from the crowds...

There is a blue pill for that...

Rooting for Westwood, maybe Fowler can make a run... anyone but Koepka really, I like players who appreciate and love the game and don't act like they are better than the game. As for this rookie euro player yapping about Stanley... calm down bud, it's a golf tournament, people get hit by errant tee shots. They would have been hit if he yelled fore, it's not likely people can hear that far away with so much going on, and also, if you're standing 300 yards from the tee and not paying attention I don't know what to tell you. For a rookie to complain to the press is ridiculous, the rookie label implies ignorance. Which he obviously is. This isn't a 4ball at the local club, spectators need to watch for tee shots and pay attention, no amount of yelling will prevent ppl getting hit

I would never of said that a year ago but The Masters this year changed my mind about him. The emergence of Matt Wolff and Victor Hovland and other up and coming players can’t come fast enough. Phil and Tiger are old. Rory and Bryson are head cases and Jordan , Justin and Rickie are all basking in their endorsement dollar lifestyles. That leaves Brooks and the young guns. Go get em Brooks.

I think the viewing figure will be exactly the same, especially if westy pulls it off.

Yes, a lot of great european players in the mix. But I guess in the US the ratings will be low. Here in Europe: a lot of exitement.

Bob was absolutely spot on to challenge Stanley. What is ignorant is not shouting a warning when your shot is clearly heading for the crowd.

100% right and well done Bob for confronting him about it.

The only thing worse than pros not shouting fore is WRXers making woeful excuses on their behalf.

Great job by Sky Sports to show exactly 10 seconds of the first two rounds of the current leader in the Race to Dubai, which was his final two putts on 18 of round 2. But then again, it was not like he shot a 78 or something like that. I understand that ageing golfers who have become largely irrelevant except for a certain course in Georgia where they can get lucky breaks eight times per round after horrendous tee shots are more important.

Well done.

Anything like the cricket final last Sunday.... Would be great, wonder what bonkers thing like the fluke 6 can happen on the 17th on the way to a westy win..... Hit someone after going miles off line, hit the bunker rake jump over a hell bunker hit the flag and drop into the hole for a 2.....woukd be about the same

Yes, Little Bobby would have said nothing and been perfectly at ease after his mother got hit, if only Kyle had been considerate enough to have shouted “fore”. Silly Kyle, so rude.

I'd say US ratings will be on par with previous years. Good mix of euros and US guys in the fight. Sure the casual fans may not watch because of Tiger, but life goes on.
