Scotty Cameron 2021?

Rolled it at a local shop. They got them in early and let me take it for a spin. Honestly the size is perfect. It’s very comparable to the previous gen x5 but in a much cleaner profile. The slant neck has a nice curve to it. Really a great putter and I will own it for sure.

Yes I think there is a huge difference. The previous version felt hollow to me. This new head reminds me of the select series in terms of feel. I think this putter feels great and is very stable through impact. Definitely more of a solid impact and sounds great with the TP5X and ProV1X ball that I use.

Thanks. And what about the weight? I understand these are 10g heavier than the previous version. Does it feel substantially heavier? I usually play 33" at 350g but seems like it will be 370g with this new range. Just wondering if I will have to custom order with 10g weights in the head at 33".

Pretty sure that will be a custom order based on what I’ve seen. I do the same thing to get my putters at ~350g (although I order SCs at 33.5 because they measure to the sweet spot instead of down the shaft).

I was told the neck is welded from underneath.

In love with the 5.5, take my money scottie lol. Already have mine on hold at the Titleist shop here in Bangkok. Can't wait to get my hands on it. I will be interested to see how it performs vs my spider x already in the bag

Is there anyway to order a Scotty longer? My Special Select NP2 I ordered at 36" through Carl's, I don't see that option on the 5.5.

I found Golf Galaxy was one of only venders i could find to custom order length.  I beleive it went up to 36”. And had a small selection of different SC grip options.

I would call whomever you plan on ordering through to see how much pull they have with SC/Titleist. You probably won't get a direct answer from SC, or even get through to a person calling them since they don't sell direct to the customer.

I ordered 35.5 from Golf Galaxy. You could go as high as 36

Just did this! Was wondering when you guys think the order for the "custom" putter will be shipped. Will it be the March 25th? April 1? Mid April? I'm just curious when I'll be receiving this awesome looking flatstick.

Im hoping the 26th. But the shipping issues they are having with the club cameron merch is letting me beleive its gonna be a little longer wait.
