It is not difficult to take pictures that are in focus. Any modern phone or digital camera can do this. Posting an out of focus picture should be considered unacceptable for this place.

Come on man. Look at your photos and look at his. Either you took the pictures with a flip phone from 1999 or you intentionally hid or used the lighting to make it look better. Either way your actual description was not even close to truthful.

That’s NOWHERE near advertised correctly. That putter has been beat to hell and back, and attempting to sell it as anything other than average condition is absurd.

I would look at it as an attempt to scam. I'm not good at taking pics but I think you have to try to take pics as poor as those were.

No way paypal sides with the seller here. Seller thinks being 20 years old means definition of mint is different than normally...photos have a ton of glare and make it hard to get a true indication...buyer assumes that mint means "like new". Take better photos in decent light and this doesn't happen

I never understood the need to describe a club as Mint condition.  The pictures themselves should do the talking.  Proper lighting and focus with a phone camera would have easily avoided this situation on the original ad.

I got a two year warning for telling someone their irons in an ad weren’t mint with tons of chatter and dirt in the grooves.... how long does one get for selling something like that and calling it mint? 🤔

Nope, your description and photos are extremely misleading, you are 100% wrong. Blurry and over-exposed photos are crap. Don't use any adjectives, instead take high quality photos and let them speak for themselves.

Terrible seller, thanks for the warning OP so I can add to block list.  Sorry you had to deal with this hassle.  Nothing worse than opening a box you've been waiting for to find this stinking pile.  Seller should be ashamed.

That putter is garbage. The shaft and work involved is crap. The head is damaged.
