20g weights are the heaviest you can get from the factory.  You can find aftermarket weights all over.  The heaviest I have seen are 40g weights.

When people are saying that a particular putter is or isn’t being released. I am curious on where they are basing their information? I know there have been a few things released by Scotty reps on social media. But to the individuals that post on Golfwrx… where is the info coming from?

I was told today that's partially why PING went ahead and decided to produce the PLD at retail and enter the $400+ price point. Scotty struggling with supply and shipping issues, etc.

I would holler at your Pro, see if he can give you a deal. The Pro at my club hooks us up with cost + 10% which makes it quite a bit more doable.

This refresh came out really good. I’m curious how the 9 and 9.5 do. I think the triple black version’s sight lines were better there. The 7 and 7.5 (bold choice of names there Scotty) came out amazing.

I wonder why they didn't go with the slant neck on the 11.5? All of the other X.5 models have it. This makes me even more happy that I sent my X11.5 off for a custom welded slant neck a few weeks ago.

Scotty and Ping are the only things I haven’t been able to find discounts on, guess I have to try harder

I agree, why do they put a "jet neck" on the 5.5, 7.5, 9.5 but not the 11.5?  Maybe I am in the minority but I prefer the look of the 11 in comparison to the other models and like the look of the jet neck more than the low bend shaft. 

 

Is the MOI roughly the same with each model?

I know it will likely never happen, but with all these models please designate one to have a double bend shaft. Just one.
