Tiger and Nike golf to separate after PNC? (*** MERGED ***)

There are rumours swirling that Tiger is going to separate from Nike golf after the PNC Championship. I could be wrong but this was first reported by the No Laying Up podcast recently. 

If this is true, who do you think Tiger will partner with next?

Not so far fetched. Tiger doesnt move the needle for clothing and accessories anymore and Nike exited equipment years ago. Nike probably wants to exit golf all together tbh.

Report going around on social media saying that the PNC Championship may be Tigers last tournament with Nike. Haven’t listened to the NLU segment yet, but will check it out.

Yeah, I’m not buying it. Usually every 10 years they revisit the contact and he signed an extension in 2013 so it’s right on that timeline. I don’t see that partnership going separate ways.

Nike should have marketed his line like they did with the Jordan brand.

Just emailed founder, owner, operator, director and CEO, Dick Pinnacle, and he replied denying any price hikes. 

His email was in all caps.

Didn't Cleveland/Srixon take on some of Nike Golf?  I mean I could see him in some Asics, but how would that work with the Taylormade & Bridgestone contracts?  Taylormade buying a clothing company, a la Titelist/Footjoy, Callaway/Travis Matthew, etc?

Last I heard it was still be negotiated.  Considering he has multiple contracts, it might have to do with the balls, clubs, etc. more than just apperal.
