What's your favorite Clicgear Accessory?

Was up in Maine this weekend and walked into a pro shop that shockingly had a clicgear 4.0 for sale. It wasn't the color I wanted but I've been dying to by one of these carts so bright green it is :). Just ordered a cell phone holder (3rd party) that goes in the umbrella screw but the cooler/seat/etc accessories look pretty sweet. What add ons do people like?

When I had a Clic I personally thought the steering knob was by far the best add on.

I second the steering knob. Down hill or level ground and you'll use it all the time. Uphill you still might but may use 2 hands.

Fitted wheel cover to keep the trunk clean. I could accomplish the same thing with a bag, but it’s a good size and cheap enough.

I’ll have to check out the steering handle. I would have thought I would have needed the staff bag holder but mine amazingly fits. Still, something to check out too.

Cooler bag, I can pack my lunch, snacks, and plenty of liquid and it all stays cold. It’s the most helpful accessory.

the Booster accessory is the most functional for me, bag never rubs anymore.

XL drink holder, shoe brush, adjustable umbrella holder (coming in handy during the summer for some personalized shade), and the mesh bag that attaches. The mesh bag is convenient for holding extra hydro flasks right now and it’ll come in handy for holding extra layers in the winter. Sand bottle is also nice.

steering knob...it swivels so as you move the direction of your hand which in turn helps to direct the cart in a different direction. Without it...it's a much more of a forced effort to direct the cart (not bad...just more effort). It sounds silly, but it's definitely a nice to have item.

The other one...not a "ClicGear" accessory...but I have a cigar clip that clip to my ClicGear which is really nice when enjoying a good cigar.

I have many accessories.

The seat is worthless. I play faster rounds here in MN. Rarely have time to sit down and wait out the green, next tee box, etc. Total waste of money for me.

The wall mount is great. I'm sure you don't need their wall mount, but it's nice to have it hanging all winter and not taking up garage space on the floor or in a closet.

The steering knob is also great. Something I didn't think I'd need, but it does make the cart easier to push around.

The shoe brush is a must have. I play early morning rounds, lots of dew and freshly cut grass - instant shoe cleaner all the time.

I have the both the umbrella extender and the umbrella tilter - great for afternoon rounds in the summer. I'll take the steering knob off, put those two attachments on, pop my umbrella on, and I'm walking in shade all day.

I also have the bag stabalizer thing. My Sun Mountain was always falling to one side, so I bought that stabalizer and it works great. I definitely recommend that too.

The only thing I bought that didn't need and ended up selling was the range finder/valuables bag. It was one more thing to put on and take off after each round. I never used it.

Lastly, I don't know if the wheel cover is necessary either. That's what a vacuum is for. Other people have used ikea bags or even laundry bags. I've read before that the clicgear wheel covers rip easily.

I got the cooler about a month ago, and to me, that's the most useful one I have. In addition to being able to store and keep extra water and/or a couple of beers cold, it has the extra storage in the top section of it, which I've found to be quite useful. I also have the seat and the shoe brush, but I almost never even think to bring the seat to the course, and I rarely have much use for the shoe brush. I've been walking almost exclusively this year, so my 3.5 has been really getting a lot of use.

With corona virus causing the removal of water coolers on our course, my favorite accessories are the cooler tube and XL cup holder. A chinese takeout soup container filled about 2/3rds with water freezes into a perfect sized ice cube to set in the bottom of the cooler tube. The ice takes about 4 hours to melt. A32oz Gatorade bottle fits on top of the ice while still allowing the top to be zippered closed. a 28oz Powerade bottle fits in the xl cup holder.

I lined the storage console with thin foam for laser storage. But I have found the clicgear laser pocket to be very handy for laser storage on my kangaroo cart.

The side arm mount GPS holder is secure if your GPS fits, but doesn't allow much room for your left hand. I made a spacer for the umbrella mount that also provides more room under the side arm mount GPS. Now cleargear sells a spacer. I would skip the spacer if you don't have the GPS mount and just go with the adjustable umbrella holder.

The shoe brush is handy on wet turf days, and doesn't have to be removed when folding the cart. Enthusiastic cleat cleaning can splatter your golf bag. I have the cooler bag, have never used it as a cooler, but do use it for rain gear storage.

The two that I've used the most are the bottle holder that attaches on the side and is big enough to hold a Yeti cup, and the extended, adjustable umbrella holder.

But I also love the others; I have the cooler bag, the hand warmers that attach to the handle, asond the attachment for the upper bracket that holds a stand bag in place.

I haven't taken up smoking yet to as to need the cigar holder, but I'm thinking about it.
