First, I want to say these RAD drivers look good!   Love the matte black crown and I also love the blue/red accent colors.  My first question is about the T-bar chassis.   How does that move the weight forward and deep?   Is there a rail/bar on the inside of the head that moves the weight depending on the club head?  In other words, is it in the internal construction of the head?   Or is it the weight ports on the bottom and outside of the head?

Second, is the blue/red color going to be available in the standard hybrid?   Or just the one length?

1 When will we see a complete list of “no upcharge” shafts?

2 Can you talk about the decision to move to bonded instead of adjustable in the hybrids? The new hybrids look great, but hesitant to give up the ability to “tune” that end of the bag for different courses/conditions. What value is the player getting for giving up that adjustability?

Handicap .5

Current Bag:
Big Dogs: G410 for Fades, G425 for draws

FW: Ole Blue but stays on the porch most rounds

Hybrids: G425, Cobra  King Tec
Irons: Srixon ZX5/7
Wedges: PM Grind 54/58

Moneymaker: Ping Heppler Tyne 3

Rock: Srixon Z-Star Divide

The color choices are certainly unique.  I am loving the white/yellow one myself.  The peacoat is pretty sweet as well though.  Going to have to wait until I see them in hand before I could make a definitive choice though 🙂

I was wondering if you could expand on what went into the color selection process.  Did the Pars and Stripes release help with the decision on the peacoat?

Also, the biggest theme I have seen so far on initial reviews is an increase in stability and a bit lower spin.  I understand that is due to the weight placement.  Are the weights at the optimal position at this point or is there room to improve on that even further with future designs?

Thanks for taking the time to chat with us!

I love the all black of the Tour Fairway and how clean the lines are. For those of us coming from the Tour 3 wood that is now only available in a 5w, what is the advantage of the Big Tour?

Awesome product launch here. I'm gaming an F9 and love it. Would really want to put it head to head with the new clubs before I decide to purchase one (unless I win here lol).

Regarding the rails on the fairway woods and hybrids, I've still got an F6 Baffler 4 wood in the bag. It has much more aggressive rails. Since then, they seem more subtle. Is there a reason for this?

Was there much thought given to having all 3 Driver models having a matte crown or was that a choice to give a different look "in store" and not confuse buyers as much?

From what I've seen so far, the matte finish looks incredible!!

First off, Love the new blue version!  I upgraded from my F8+ this season and did lots of testing of the Speedzone 9* and 10.5* and a variety of shafts to find what would work best for me.  Loved the added forgiveness and lower spin of the new head versus the F8+.  My favorite aspect still remains the ball mark left after hitting it (#1 reason I love Cobra drivers actually) for the feedback it yields.

My number 1 burning question about the new Rad models would be can I expect to see an increase in ball speed with the new Radspeed if the shaft, ball and swing all remain the same?  I've read the spin rate will drop but am primarily curious if the ball speed will increase at all?

Also wondering if you are planning a Pars and Stripes style model in the future?  If so, strongly recommend the Ventus Black Velocore this time!  Thanks for your time!

Can you talk to us about the interaction between MOI, cg height relative to the neutral axis and spin, particularly as it concerns the standard RadSpeed and the RadSpeed XB?  Perhaps help us quantify the differences and how they compare to last year's equivalents in the speedzone line?  How should we expect to see performance change with RadSpeed over the analogous Speedzone product?

Thanks in advance!

Very excited about the new RAD line.

You continue to push the boundaries of lowering spin without giving up forgiveness, do you think it's possible to lower spin further without sacrificing forgiveness or will future models be at around the same level of spin with more forgiveness?

Has there been any thought about introducing an updated version of the LONG TOM? I'd love to see a true Cobra 2 wood (I like the big tour, but would love a bigger club).

Have you guys seen the movie RAD? My cousin speculates that Bart lets Cru win the final race, and Bart was the fastest guy on the track. Any thoughts on that theory?

John Wunder's article didn't specifically mention it but is the XD model going to be available in the Tour Length option like the other two models? Would the XD be your recommended fit with the RadSpeed Draw fairways?

The new stuff looks good. My question is in developing a new driver do you start with last years model and make small tweaks? Or do you start with the basic idea of the new one and build from the ground up? If it is the former then how often do you start with a blank page and create a truly new driver? Thanks

Would love to know where we could expect to see the most improvement over last year’s SPEEDZONE release, which was by all accounts a great performing driver.

How much does the sound / feel factor into the R&D process?  If sound and feel were not a part of the equation, would the engineers be able to deliver a higher-performing product?  Or does the sound and feel go hand-in-hand with the high performance?

How do you balance pushing weight out to the radius, but also keeping the COG low? Seems like the hybrids and fairway woods have hollow rails, whereas that would seem like an easy opportunity to use weight to bring the COG lower.

I'm curious about the fixed weights.  How were you able to place two fixed weights in the front and still able to maintain forgiveness?

Simple question, what are the lie angle changes when using the adjustable loft sleeve (my fly)? I have a hard time finding this in any online data source.

Lastly, thank you COBRA GOLF for making the speed frame tech with carbon wrap, infinity face, and the engineering to maximize stability of the drivers with the low CG and now radial weighting.  I have bagged Mizuno and Taylor Made drivers until I hit my friends Speedzone and was hooked after 10 balls on the range.  It sound lively, very forgiving, and looks better than the rest IMHO. Looking forward to the RS which keeps this trend going! Nice work

I'm curious about the lie angles in the woods. It looks like you flattened things a bit with the fairways/hybrids. Was that due to feedback from staff (I know WRX'ers will like it!), or more due to the performance of the new heads requiring it based on weighting changes?

Looking forward to putting a 3 wood through the paces against my Epic Flash SZ and current leader in the 2021 potential purchase clubhouse, the TSi2.
