I hope none, and currently don't have a need. But I am not banking on that. I've already swapped out irons, wedges, driver, and added a putter since my offseason started and I was last on a golf course, so if that's any indication, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

 

Sure would be a shame if I happened to stumble across a driver setup that's longer and straighter than my current setup, that's for sure..............

I got caught.  I have put some 921 HMs on BST to keep the peace.  A box arrived she had to sign for while I was at work!  UGH!

Only clubs left in the bag are my 915H and my Odyssey protype ix #1.  Almost a complete overhaul

I'm just hoping there aren't 6 boxes on the porch when we get back from our weekend. 2 individual irons, 7-PW set, iron shaft, driver shaft,  and my shoes (different sources). I will bribe my neighbor to stash them for me. 🤣

 

I'll know by Sunday if I have a new driver head.

4 hy: Adams speedline plus

Here's where it gets interesting, I just purchased an Adams speedline plus 5 hybrid, but I could also use a cavity back 4 iron (unknown manufacturer), or just go straight into the 6-AW set of Cleveland 588 mts. Then my wedges. All I know is, I don't want to buy more gear unless I absolutely have to, but I do know the club ho itch will rise again, so hopefully tinkering with the bag will scratch it.

So I’ve sold a total of 29 clubs, and currently still own 14...that’s a totally of 43 clubs that have been in my hands at different times over that period.

 

Really like my setup now though and am going to try and stick with this until at least midway through the season and give these clubs a legitimate shot.

New set of Honma irons a week ago. An Exotics EXS 220 driver to be delivered this week. She wasn't home for the iron delivery and She's good with the driver especially since She just spent more than that at the Adidas outlet today. I'm happy with the rest of my bag thankfully.

Shafts this year - AD DI for driver and 4W (found good deals on the bay), plus used  gen 2 PXG 22* hybrid to replace the oldest club in my bag - Cobra 23* baffler.

I love my bag but at the moment the following are lined up for testing:

 

two ball ten putter

new PM grind wedges 

EPIC max driver.

 

I love the new PXG irons but I only got my existing ones during lock down last year so I can hardly claim they need replacing!

 

All changes will be kept low key (under the radar) as every time I buy a club I assure my wife I had to buy it because “this is the one”.....

I’ve ended my way time with one length.I wanted it to work and gave it 2 years. In the end I didn’t get better long iron play,even tried all the Cobra Utility options, and the long end is where I wanted more consistent results.

I’ve been so good though. I promise. I haven’t bit on the ZX7’s. I’m really comfortable with my bag. All I need is a ventus hybrid. I even wrote it on paper. “I will only buy a hybrid shaft this year”. It won’t work though.

My wife is pretty good about it. I saved up money last year to go get fit by TXG, then COVID... Almost all of it's getting changed out. I can see switching to the TSi3 hybrid or even getting it for my 4-iron.
