Ever since I joined this forum, this has been one of the biggest points of contention. NO ONE takes good address pics because it’s all subjective to how the picture needs to look to that person in how they see address, and then all of us go back and forth and argue over nothing until we get it in our own hands and then decide from our point of view how it looks.

I’m sure it is but I’m also surprised that after all these years (10+ right?) that they’ve kept the same adapter with all the new tech that’s been introduced since (ie carbon face, carbon crown, twist face etc). And it’s not just TM, it’s all the OEMs.

Right, but those are material advances. The Geometry between the angle of the shaft in relation the club face doesn’t change. 
 

Ping, TM, Mizuno, Cobra etc. have gone one way and Titleist and Callaway have gone another, more or less, in solving the issue of adjustability. I don’t see much to be done here.

Definitely a sticker or protective layer- you can see the glossiness of it down by the hosel.

There’s nothing there. The raised grooves end and the perimeter is smooth so it can attach to the frame.

Agreed- they have by far the worst adapter for adjustments of any major OEM. PXG at least let’s you go super flat. Get a dual cog in there ASAP.

To answer some questions. 
1. $549/$599

2. early January pre order and feb 4th ish release date. 
3. the pictures are the actual face how you will play it, yes really. Edit: I don’t remember that writing now that I think about it. 
4. same adapter

just wait until you see the irons. They were my favorite item being released honestly.
