Your favorite grips?

I've been a NDMC loyalist for quite some time and switched over to the MCC+4 when they came out. Looking to maybe change things up a bit as I've been practicing glove-less in my garage after setting up a SkyTrak at home.  

 

Played Winn wraps a LONG time ago and loved them, but they were toast after a half dozen rounds.  Same with Iomic. Looking for something a bit softer feeling, but still decently durable.

I loved the Winn wraps too. I have never had issues with them wearing too quickly. I usually regripped at the beginning of the season and midway through the season and that’s when I played a ton. I have been using the tour velvet align grips since they came out and I have really liked those and haven’t had any complaints. Soft enough but durable and give me great feel. Oddly though, I’ve been considering going back to the Winn wraps recently for no reason other than I loved the soft feel.

UTX standard in gray with a 9 inch strip of lead tape under them, bottom side where my fingers go.

I’ve tried them all including multiple leather grips and I keep coming back to tour wrap. They’re very tacky and extremely durable. Terrible when wet, though.

I’ve tried A LOT of grips over the years, I don’t even want to know how much I’ve spent trying out different styles to see what works. The best by far for me are the MCC plus 4 Align, I have them on 13 clubs right now. I am partial to the aligns but don’t sleep on the golf pride tour wrap microsuede, they are awesome.

I liked the microsuedes quite a bit in early spring and fall, but the humid of mid summer they were not compatible with my gloveless hands. Feel great though.

Golf Pride Tour Velvet Midsize - all clubs

Like the Tour Velvet Align , Tour Velvet, and the Lamkin Z5 on the PXG clubs. Any of these.

Pure DTX midsize. Deep tread, non abrasive secure traction.  Can go without a glove even when wet or sweaty.  No desire to switch to anything else, but I'd consider leather.

mcc plus4 - 2 wraps of tape. clubs stored in the house (and not in the car truck) so the rubber stays tacky for a while - don't even play with a glove.

Then - The long discontinued Lamkin UTx distressed red and distressed blue grips. Also liked the even older Lamkin G3 Quarter Cord grips.

I used to use only Tour Velvets. After trying out the Pure Pro grips, I’ve made the switch. I still like the Tour Velvets, but I like the Pure Pro more.

Me too.  They seem to last much longer than tour velvet for me, which is what I was using before.
