His swing speed could very well be a lot higher than the 104 he had yesterday if he didn't have a bum ankle. He can barely stay in balance on his swing due to it.

Poor little guy , he’s not even turning all the way through.

Limpin' just like Pop's too!

His body is already breaking down at 13? I played a lot of contact sports (hockey, football, baseball catcher) at that age and never had any injuries just pop up like that. If golf is doing this then the Woods just have unlucky non-contact injuries apparently.

At what point is this not a good idea? I've seen Charlie grimace in pain over and over. Now it's to the point he's swinging to completely stay off his lead side.

Not sure why you’d criticize anyone involved in letting him play golf. Kids his age are playing contact sports on a lot worse injuries than a sore ankle from a “growth spurt”

Probably this.

Vitiligo is a long-term condition where pale white patches develop on the skin. It's caused by the lack of melanin, which is the pigment in skin.

Vitiligo can affect any area of skin, but it commonly happens on the face, neck and hands, and in skin creases.

The pale areas of skin are more vulnerable to sunburn, so it's important to take extra care when in the sun and use a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF).

Lol a sore ankle from a growth spurt is about as Tiger of a diagnoses as they come. TGC was reporting he turned his ankle on the range. Sounds like some differing of injuries, which is weird.

Or he was telling someone politely it wasn’t up for discussion.

Really can’t take anything away from today about Charlie’s development since he was obviously struggling.

We learned that he’s either very tough physically and mentally pushing through a painful injury like Dad. Or he’s the opposite playing up a minor injury and making it seem worse than it actually was.

Either way, Tiger looked really good and it was great to see him playing at a high level again. Looking forward to tomorrow…should be an exciting finish!!

You can speculate to your heart’s content.  Don’t have to even contain facts.

I’ve had the same thing the last couple of years. Thought it was sun-spots (I have a similar skin tone as Charlie). Recently though I saw a Dermatologist and they said it was a type of fungus that needs to be treated with a special anti-fungal shampoo.

Vitiligo is possible too though for sure.

yeah I hope it was a minor injury that had no harm in him playing with it. Seems dumb if he has any chance of a long term issue that will reoccur with him playing on it

I turned on the telecast today and noticed Charlie’s skin is splotchy on his face (two completely different colors). I’ve never noticed that before. Does he have a skin condition?

I have vitiligo, but more on my hands and feet. CW's looks like vitiligo to me. It definitely doesn't look like sunscreen.
