They will, just not until next year.  A double bend and a plumbers neck versa paint scheme.

I can’t decide if I want the 1 or 7 CH. An Austin with a top line again, or a Las Vegas with a plumbers neck… But I’m like a junkie needing a fix after watching the Cool Clubs test.

Seems like the "AI" insert is just deadening the center of the face to make consistent ball speeds across the face. 

 

Ping TR grooves weren't very popular on tour, the Evnroll stuff didn't do well on tour, and I'm guessing this won't either.

So the milled versions are a 50% increase in price for a 50% decrease in performance compared to the white hot versions, from Odysseys own numbers.

I'm thinking the 7 DB, but I haven't long bought the Tri Hot 7, so I'll wait. No more golf until May here now anyway...

Odyssey usually does a good job making lots of options for lefties, but this release is pretty rough.

Did you mean the above? But I always assumed I’m paying a premium for milled things due to its pretty looks

Only one that has my eye is the OG style 2-ball with the line.

 

Used to have a 2-ball with a pinstripe on it which was money.

Although my bird is on fire atm so will be tough to get it out of the bag.

Could look at it that way, or that if you really want to stay with a milled feel, then you do get a good increase in performance but not as much as moving to the insert (if you are a robot) 

 

personally I moved to the Toulon milled to get more consistent ‘feel’ over inserts. Whether a titanium insert in a steel head gives the same feel but better results I’ll be keen to see, but the ‘eight t’ seems like the one for me, as the sight line in that and the eleven head have been amazing for me. I’ll of course try new phantoms also if they finally launch a retail store putter with a proper alignment line in stainless steel. 
 

id like to hear a lot more about the sl90 shaft also, as stroke lab has always been very good to me (except when wanting to adjust length of course)

Seeing the price increased so much over the ‘premium’ Toulon range is a surprise when you actually see them at retail. This is dearer than list for any scotty and about 70-100€ dearer than Toulons. With a much more ‘standard’ odyssey look to them., same shaft and grip colours etc.

Yeah I was not a fan of Evnroll and sold mine after a round for that reason, but still seems the same. Feels like a combination of SIK and the other tech mentioned.

 

Oh well, maybe I will try one once they drop to $180 on CPO. Having "AI" in the name though... 🤢

The Daytona is my favorite putter. My putting stroke changed. So face balanced isn’t the best for me in this season. Seeing the slant neck on the new model made me happy
