Decision is pretty well written, put it up Fox instead of sensationalism. Let people see the damn rule. As usual folks on here up in arms without reading the rule or the decision. Fox getting an F for this one. Tweets from players that don't know the rules mean zip.

Anyone else think that the PGA an USGA should be 100% disjointed-separate entities? Perhaps a buyout for the tourney?

 

At some point somebody needs to start a competing organization and give us a choice to follow the USGA or some new organization. Maybe Trump will do it.

Good point, but they'd have to stop all play and take him to the trailer, which is normally done after. Then everyone loses momentum. Interesting situation.

Is it not the players responsibility to call it? He said he didn't and maybe i am naive but i don't see DJ as a cheater. He has some character flaws but cheating doesn't seem to be one of them.

DJ needs to stop feeling sorry for himself. If he felt he didnt cause it to move, he should have faith the score wont be changed and simply play on. USGA did right thing informing him it would be under review.
