I mean, it's the epitome of how the media sets the talking point. Tiger is going to get beat by 3+ shots, and the media is acting like he's just did something nobody has ever done before.

 

Considering where he was hitting it. 64 is pretty impressive.

I think what they just said on tv is true. Tiger will for sure overshadow Brooks because if you walk outside, and find a rock, you will for sure find a rock, any rock, that has more personality than Brooks Koepka.

If we are judging players on personality, who the hell would anyone pull for? Dustin Johnson? Thomas? Spieth? Matsuyama? Mickleson? Stenson? Adam Scott?

 

Koepka is hardly an outlier in the lacks personality department. If you've listened to any of his interviews, he comes off as a pretty decent guy. And his game speaks for itself.

 

What more do you want?

 

You get to watch a guy slowly becoming a legend.
