Scotty Cameron 2019 Teryllium T22 (NO BUY SELL TRADE POSTS)

I stopped in my local GG to ask about pre-ordering the New SC T22; he stated he was not taking pre-orders, but he was getting 11 for release day; he said I was only the second person he was aware of asking about the putter. I’ll be there on the release day.

Put the cash down for the NP2. Now I must wait until the 16th to pick it up. Will go nicely with my two sole stamped NP2's and one NP2BB.

I have one reserved and locked in. Question. Not sure if others have been thinking this but I am going to get a random custom scotty putter cover for this new weapon. I don't want people to see the cover and know I have it. I don't want some slimmy cart kid or someone I don't know thinking they can fondle my gear. I don't want to go to prison for life for the murder of a cart kid because he dropped my T22 off the pavement after seeing the cover. Discuss.

Depends where you play. If it's a sketchy club, don't bring this putter. If it's sketchy staff, refuse the wipedown or get an Odyssey cover.

Its a 45 hole Norman/RTJ layout and a private club thats great to membership. I typically only play high end clubs.

I'm not being paranoid I just get annoyed when strangers touch my ****. I've never owned a Scotty this nice. Curious how those guys with $6k Tour Rat Scottys handle it. I plan on playing the $600 out of this putter and then some. I'll just get another cover and stick it between my M2s lol.

 

If anyone wants to buy an extra original cover i'd probably sell it - don't really like it. Just IM me. I have the Newport coming.

I have an O.F.S., not 6k, but 1.5k and 1 of 10. I’ll rarely game it, but when I do, it goes everywhere I go... including the bathroom.

Just put your rain hood on until you get on the course if your worried about it. I just use an evnroll cover for my current gamer but that’s more of red and white matches my bag versus a neon green cover.

 

I typically just throw my towel over my irons when I go inside.

Early this year I pick up a few Fake (doesn't have the wording Titleist on bottom) Scotty Cameron Jackpot Johnny head covers on Amazon for $17.99 each. I figure if I leave it on the green or lose it somewhere, it's no big deal. You can still buy them on Amazon, but the company now has their name on it instead of Scotty Cameron.

eBay is a good indication for what the secondary market is going to be and usually it’s good to take 10% off that price to account for fees, etc

Look at Dhgate. plenty of options for cheap. I've left a couple on a practice green that somehow didn't make it back to the lost and found. Joke's on whoever stole em though... $13 value

I would skip the scotty putter cover, and, go with something a bit more generic. There was the suggestion of fake scotty putter covers, but, I think the idea is not draw attention to your putter.

This is why I come here. Thanks man. Was able to order a 34" Newport. Will compare with the Newport 2 I ordered from Carl's and keep whichever I like the best.
