The weight works the opposite of what you have described. You would actually move the weight into the heel to reduce the fade. The concept is when the weight is further towards the toe, the head rotates slower through the impact zone, thus leaving the face open and promoting a fade. So vise versa (weight in heel) to promote a draw, or straighten out the fade in your case.

I may not be understanding your center to center comment, so take this with a grain of salt.

You're right, I mistyped. Weight to the heel.

But, you're incorrect about what the weight does. Moving the weight moves the center of gravity which affects gear effect (side spin) which affects flight. The weights do nothing to slow or speed up face rotation.

That makes sense to me as well. so the weight provides stability for off center strikes, lessening the gear effect. Seems the further the weight is from the axis/shaft, the more force it would take to rotate/square the club. Maybe not - in any case, you end up in the same place.

My buddy who swings around that still has no problem elevating my 6.5TX smoke green and plays the small batch hulk in standard 6.5, so I think you will be fine. But it is a different profile, the yellow is counter balanced so over-all feel will be different. I snap hooked the small batch yellow 6.5TX to high hell for some reason.

Not sure if stability is the right word. The weight induces or reduces sidespin for certain dynamics.

Moving the weight toward the heel makes more of the heel side of center closer to draw bias. It makes center contact more draw biased. Opposite for weight toward the toe. Makes the center more fade biased . The center of gravity simply dictates how the head will impart spin on the ball (for this exercise we're only focused on sidespin).

Weight toward heel with path left and face open to path (fade path/face relationship) then the center of gravity will reduce fade sidespin. How much it reduces depends on contact relative to center of gravity. The closer to center of gravity the less spinning further away is more spin.

jblack06: I won one of the Small Batch HZRDUS Smoke Green "Hulk" (PVD) shafts off of Instagram from True Temper/Project X when they first came out. I have same SS as you (105-108) and I ordered it in 60g 6.0. Left it untipped and took it on the course for two rounds and it was too much shaft for me. Awesome when you get a hold of one, but an absolute spin killer and very stiff (not boardy, just a very one-piece feel). If you play in a wind farm it's money, but for the life of me I couldn't hit anything other than low bullets, couldn't elevate it enough.

To any guys who have the SIM head, does the weight look radically different or is there a chance weights from M5 might work with it?

Had chance to hit MAVRIK most forgiving driver And sub zero this morning next to old M5 and new 410!

Spin for forgiving one was equal to 410 and higher than M5, around 4000-5000, subzero around 3000 with same shaft I had in M5, synergy blue 60 stiff. I wanted to like them but was told don’t let the 410 go, better distance and dispersion.

I also had chance hit new MAVRIK irons with PX catalyst graphite shafts, 65 Year old hands not liking my ole steel shafts anymore, no need to go into bunch stats, I ordered on spot. $125 a club in graphite.

I don't know. I never adjust up in loft because I already fight a hook. I was just saying you could.

My only real concerns are will the new SIM be an improvement over the M3 a I love mine and have always done well with TM drivers. I have owned more TM drivers than any other brand out there. Usually between 1 year to the next it's only a slight advantage so who has compared the new SIM over the M3? Anyone? I'm pretty sure the new SIM line up is a winner so lots like I might be getting one this spring
