Those Cleveland wedges have been available in Japan for about a year. Doubt they will replace zipcore.

Had a quick glimpse of the new wedges today, no pics but the back is similar to the current ones but without the little bulge at the top. Great shape but a more modern styling on the back.

That’s great news. Cleveland wedges have worked better for me than any other brand including Vokey. Love the Zipcores. Looking forward to a new set soon!

Unfortunately no but hopefully someone else can chime in pretty soon. I was working the tee sheet and it was busy so I didn't really get a chance to talk with the rep or see the other stuff.

New blade coming but probably in March so after the release of the other new models. Haven’t seen it in person like the other irons but it is confirmed coming

that is not the new zip core i saw.  the new wedges look very very nice.  i actually liked the look better than my vokey sm 9's

I hope they keep their pricing as aggressive as this last range of irons. Here in Australia they are 40% cheaper than Mizuno

That's a substantial difference for same quality.

Here in Europe they aren't as aggressive. Or the other Manucaftures aren´t.

 

For example:

 

5-P for the ZX7 is 1000€

5-P for Mizuno new Pro Line is 1200€ in one of Mizunos Store Websites. But Mizuno increased the Prices on the new Pro Line.

 

I think the Srixon will be higher priced this time.

Interesting, in the UK at Clubhouse Golf, they are a decent price compared to the 223.

 

5-P for the ZX5 & ZX7 is £849.00

5-P for Mizuno Pro 223 is £1,199.00

5-P for Mizuno Pro 221 is £939.00

If you're referring to me, it's been less than a week since I talked to my rep and I have not seen the new stuff yet.  Won't until at least Thursday or Friday as my course is closed until then for aeration.

I do hope they come out with some great fairways this cycle. IMO they should do away with the 'cleveland' raised crown and come out with good 'LS' or 'players' profiles down to the 7 wood. If they do it could be fantastic. No one makes a good players 7 wood right now.
