Just like when I was in KY in 2004....wanted to drop by Valhalla to look in the pro shop.....although on a mainstream road/2 lane highway???....very difficult to find the entrance....ya had to drive slowly to find the logo and entrance gate.

 

And yes, they would NOT allow me to enter the property to access the pro shop to buy a souvenir.

Her Proto Concept C05s remind me of Tourstage TS-202s. Shape of the “muscle” on the bottom is different, but the pocket cavity is very similar. I loved those 202s! 202s are actually probably closer to the C07s size wise. Tuff to tell from pics.

No reason for her to simply cover the logo as it appears Lydia is not currently under contract to any club manufacturer. She playfully mentioned in an interview during the event that the name of her new putter was a Ketsch.

Whoa...those irons look sweet.  Interested to see if her set makeup changes.  She has one of my fav. WITBs. I have modeled my own after LK's and Webb Simpson's bag -- 5 Headcovers, the only way to go, baby!!!

That is really cool, Mike is a great guy and built a couple of sets of irons for me. He is pretty much all JDM and he is not cheap by any measure, but his builds are spot on and he backs up his work.

She was playing a Titleist TSi3 at the Chevron. It looks like it was the same at Palos Verdes.

Thanks for the photo! Yeah I couldn’t tell from faraway when I attended the event this past weekend. I just saw some Callaway island theme headcovers in the bag so I assumed she was playing Callaway woods.

She started the year with PXG fairway woods but did switch to at least a Callaway Rogue LS 3 wood before the Chevron.

Don't know who's stuff she ends up playing nor to I care but nobody historically is more connected then Ping. No company has done more to further women's golf ie. Solhiem Cup for just one example.

I'm sure there's some truth to that. My comment was that Callaway has a large presence on the LPGA tour and she has a  history with Callaway.

Yep. I wasn't implying she should go to Ping or anybody for that matter, just mentioning Ping's involvement with the LPGA.
