I think it is just a combo of lighting and more matte/satin finish on the tours and the hot metal and forged are going to be slightly more polished. I believe some people have already seen these in person though so hopefully they can chime in with a definitive answer.

Based solely on an internet photo the Tours look better than the Forged to me. Will wait to see them in hand to pass final judgment.

From the back the Tours are definitely a visual downgrade, but if the stability is improved and that visual weird 919T hosel transition (looks offset but isn't) is somehow improved, I'm sure these will be a huge hit.
