The 56° can do everything you need it to do.

If the pitching wedge counts...I think I’d opt for a ~54* with a lot of bounce.

 

If PW doesn’t count, Miura K grind 60*. I use that for everything inside 100.

I only ever did have a 54 degree wedge up until I was about 15 so I had gotten pretty good at using a 54 degree wedge around the greens for most things that I needed. Not saying that I would be anywhere near as good going back to it but that is the club that I could get most out of.
